Blue Star Capital PLC - esports, payments and technology focused investor - Chief Executive Derek Lew exercises warrants over 45.0 million new shares at an exercise price of 0.175 pence, worth GBP78,500 to Blue Star Capital, on Tuesday. It additionally issues 34.4 million new shares at 0.18p, worth GBP62,000, to Lew for accrued director fees and to a service provider. Lew invests GBP128,750 in total and now has 211.5 million shares, a 4.2% stake.
