Polymetal International PLC - Russian gold miner - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Ollie Oliveira buys 1,300 shares at GBP15.60, worth GBP20,274, on Tuesday.

Blackbird PLC - London-based cloud video editing platform - Chief Executive Officer Ian McDonough buys 528,000 shares at 29.50p, worth GBP155,760, on Wednesday. McDonough had bought 300,000 shares on Monday. He now has 9.0 million shares, a 2.7% stake.

Property Franchise Group PLC - Bournemouth, Dorset-based lettings and estate agency franchising - Independent Non-Executive Director Paul Latham buys 15,000 shares via SPL Investment Ltd at average 213.28p, worth GBP31,992, on Wednesday. He had bought 10,000 shares late last month.
