LONDON (Alliance News) - Baillie Gifford Japan Trust PLC said Wednesday that Director Joanna Pitman bought shares in a deal worth GBP44,306.
Pitman acquired 5,262 shares in the trust at 842 pence each. Her total stake in the company following the purchase was not disclosed.
Shares in the trust closed down 0.8% at 836.00p each.
