LONDON (Alliance News) - BB Healthcare Trust PLC on Tuesday said it has allotted 9.1 million shares, to be issued at 108.50 pence per share, which it said was a premium to its prevailing net asset value per share.
Shares in BB Healthcare were up 1.4% at 107.00p on Tuesday afternoon.
The trust, managed by Switzerland's Bellevue Asset Management AG, said it will issue the shares under its share issuance programme, and the shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Thursday. The issue should raise GBP9.9 million.
Following admission, there will be 159.1 million shares in the trust. The other 150.0 million shares were issued in November at 100.00p apiece in BB Healthcare's initial public offering in London.
