Avingtrans PLC - Cambridgeshire-based supplier of components to energy, medical and industrial sectors - Increases stake in Australian subsidiary Magnetica Ltd to 74% from 61% after contributing AUD6.2 million, about GBP3.5 million, toward AUD11.1 million capital raise by Magnetica. The Brisbane-based company develops orthopaedic magnetic resonance imaging technology.
