(Alliance News) - Augmentum Fintech PLC on Wednesday clarified it will not invest a large portion of its assets into other public closed-ended investment funds.
The statement was made in response to a potential investor, the financial services technology investor said.
Augmentum does not invest more than 10% of gross assets in other listed closed-ended investment funds, although this does not apply when the potential investment themselves does not invest more than 15% of gross assets in other publicly-listed closed-ended investment funds.
Further, Augmentum confirmed it does not invest more than 15% of gross assets in other investment companies or investment trusts listed in London.
Shares finished 3.3% higher on Wednesday in London at a price of 59.40 pence each.
