All ThingsConsidered Group PLC - music company - Notes that Driift, a livestreaming business which it co-founded, acquired commerce and technology firm Dreamstage. Says that Driift will also be strengthened by an additional GBP4 million investment from Deezer

EPE Special Opportunities Ltd - private equity investor - Intends to buy back shares of the company. Says it will be funded from its cash reserves. Believes that the current low level of liquidity in its issued ordinary shares may limit the progress in buying back shares. Agrees that on any given trading day a buyback of shares under the share buyback programme can exceed 25% of the average daily trading volume. Its broker, Numis Securities Ltd, plans to conduct the buyback on its behalf.

Cloudbreak Discovery PLC - Vancouver, Canada-based natural resource project generator - Decides to draw down GBP180,180 of its GBP10 million equity drawdown deal with Crescita Capital LLC. Plans to use the capital for acquisitions of energy royalties, lithium assets and bauxite projects globally.

Angus Energy PLC - oil and gas development company focused on UK assets - Achieves an average daily flow rate of 5.2 million standard cubic feet per day and a peak flow rate of 5.7 million standard cubic feet per day from September 17 onwards. Says there results compare well to daily flow rate of gas sales achieved from the existing wells of 5.0 mmscfd in March 2020 and October 2021. Expects the second compressor to be delivered in December, allowing an increase of up to 12mmscfd by January 2023.

Crystal Amber Fund Ltd - Guernsey-based investment company - Records a net asset value share increase of 3.4% over the last three months and 4.7% over the last year. Over the same periods, the UK mid-cap index falls by 27% and by 43% over the year. Returns 20 pence per share in dividends to shareholders to date. Notes that Hurricane Energy PLC has reported that as at July 31, it holds net cash of USD89 million. It holds 29% of Hurricane's issued share capital.

i-nexus Global PLC - Coventry, England-based software company - Agrees with the holders of its GBP1.3 million of fixed rate unsecured convertible redeemable loan notes issued on November 4, 2020, to extend the final redemption date from November 4, 2023, to November 4, 2024.

Costain Group PLC - Maidenhead, England-based infrastructure construction firm - Says National Highways has appointed a Costain and Mott MacDonald joint venture as delivery assurance partners for the A303 Stonehenge Improvements Scheme. Says it will manage the design and construction by the main contractor of a new dual carriageway and tunnel. Does not disclose the financial details of the agreement.
