LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberforth Smaller Cos Trust PLC said that Non-Executive Director Richard Davidson has purchased shares for a total of GBP36,889 on Wednesday.
Davidson bought 3,000 shares at a price of 1,229.664 pence per share.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Davidson now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the FTSE 250-listed investment trust closed up 0.5% at 1,232.00 pence on Wednesday.
