Arcontech Group said Chairman Richard Last bought 2.5 million shares at a price of 0.2 pence per share Tuesday.
The deal is worth GBP5,000.
Following this transaction, Last holds 200 million shares, which represents 12.99% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the financial market data processing company closed up 12% at 0.230p, one of the strongest performers in the AIM All-Share.

Gulfsands Petroleum said the wife of Non-Executive Director Andrew Morris bought 80,000 shares at a price of 4.98p per share Tuesday. The purchase is Morris' only holding after being appointed in April. Shares in the oil and gas company closed up 1.4% at 5.07p Wednesday.

Rotala said Non-Executive Chairman John Gunn sold 120,000 shares at a price of 67.0p per share Tuesday. Following this transaction, Gunn holds beneficial interest in 6 million shares, which represents a 16% stake in the firm. The transport company also said Non-Executive Director Geoffrey Flight sold 100,000 shares at the same price on Tuesday. He now holds 1.1 million shares equaling a 2.89% stake. The stock closed down 1.0% at 66.30p Wednesday.

Diploma said Non-Executive Director Charles Packshaw bought 1,500 shares at 625p each. Shares closed up 0.3% at 623.00p Wednesday.

Frontier Developments said Rockspring, a company owned by Chairman David Gammon and his family, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 200.0p per share. Following this transaction, Gammon is interested in 311,720 shares, representing 0.9% of the company's total issued share capital. Shares in the video game company closed up 4.7% at 202.50p Wednesday.
