LONDON (Alliance News) - Arcontech Group PLC said Chair & Non-Executive Director Richard Last sold 150,000 shares in a series of transactions between Friday last week and Tuesday this week.
On Friday, he sold 25,000 shares in the company, which sells products and services for market data processing, at 157 pence per share for GBP39,250.
On Monday he sold another 25,000 shares at 161.75p each for GBP40,438 and on Tuesday he sold 100,000 shares a 160.12p each for GBP160,120.
Following these deals, which totalled GBP239,808, Last's total beneficial holding is 1.5 million shares or 12% of the company's issued shares.
Shares in Arcontech closed down 2.7% at 162.00p on Wednesday.
