(Alliance News) - Arcontech Group PLC on Monday said it has added Geoff Wicks to its board as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Arcontech, a provider of real-time stock market data management services, said Wicks has experience in a variety of sectors including banking, insurance and media.
He has also spent over 19 years serving on public company boards and was formally the chair of ULS Technology PLC. He stepped down from the housing market comparison software provider back in February.
Arcontech predicts that the company's AGM will occur in September 2020, where Wicks is expected to take over as chair from Richard Last who was appointed in 2007.
Arcontech shares closed 1.6% higher at 188.00 pence each in London on Monday.
