LONDON (Alliance News) - Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC on Monday said it appointed Nigel Boardman as non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Nigel served as a partner in Slaughter & May from 1982 until his retirement from the partnership at the end of April.
Currently, he is a vice president of Save the Children UK, a non-executive board member at the Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy and a deputy chair of the British Museum.
Arbuthnot shares were trading 2.6% lower at 1,330.00 pence each.
