EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Amte Power hires new CEO as founder shifts role

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Amte Power PLC - London-based battery cell maker - Hires Alan Hollis to be chief executive officer, replacing Kevin Brundish, who founded Amte Power back in 2013. Brundish will remain on the board as strategy director. Hollis joins immediately and will take over as CEO around October 31, Amte says. Hollis was a divisional CEO at Videndum Group PLC, where one of his portfolio businesses was battery designer and manufacturer Anton Bauer.

DWF Group PLC - Manchester, England-based legal business - Hires Matthew Glenville to be chief operating officer, starting on Friday. Grenville joins from ICE Clear Europe, a futures and options clearing house, where he was COO and chief technology officer. Grenville will report to Matthew Doughty, who is appointed to the new position of chief growth & strategy officer.

XPS Pensions Group PLC - Reading, England-based pensions consulting and administration - Promotes Senior Independent Director Alan Bannatyne to be interim chair, starting from Thursday's annual general meeting, at which Tom Cross Brown will retire. Bannatyne is chief financial officer of recruitment firm Robert Walters PLC. Margaret Snowdon will become interim senior independent director at the same time.

TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based automotive fluid storage, carrying and delivery systems - Hires Trudy Schoolenberg to be senior independent director, starting on Monday. Schoolenberg is on the board of London listings Elementis PLC and Accsys Technologies PLC. As an executive, she worked for Akzo Nobel NV and Shell PLC.
