LONDON (Alliance News) - Alumasc Group PLC said Chief Executive Paul Hooper bought 17,861 shares at a price of GBP1.345 per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Hooper has an interest in 104,643 shares or 0.29% of the shares in issue.
Shares in the building products company were up 4.2% at 137.00p Friday.
