LONDON (Alliance News) - Accrol Group Holdings PLC on Monday said Executive Chair Dan Wright bought 150,000 shares at a price of 20.5 pence per share on Monday.
Following this GBP30,750 transaction, Wright now holds 2.4 million shares in the paper manufacturer, reflecting a 1.2% stake in the company.
In January, Accrol said it was "three months behind" on its financial recovery compared to where it has expected to be. However, the firm said it has returned to profitability on a monthly basis and its margins have strengthened in the second half of its year. It is now expecting to post an annual profit of approximately GBP1.0 million at an adjusted earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation, and amortization level.
Shares in Accrol closed up 2.9% at 21.10 pence on Monday.
