LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Asian Income Fund Limited Monday said Chairman Peter Arthur bought 240 shares at a price of 208.0 pence each Friday.
Following this transaction, Arthur holds 39,309 shares, which represents 0.02% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the investment company were up 0.1% at 207.20 pence Monday midday.
