LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Asian Income Fund Ltd Tuesday said Chairman Peter Arthur bought 265 shares in the company at a price of 188.68 pence each Monday.
Following this transaction, Arthur holds 40,269 shares, which represents 0.02% stake in the firm.
Shares in the investment company were down 0.2% at 188.83 pence Tuesday morning.
