All Active Asset Capital Ltd - London-based firm seeking investment opportunities in the technology, software and artificial intelligence space - Agreement for investee MESH Holdings PLC and AAQUA BV acquiring artificial intelligence technology company Sentiance NV has been amended, starting with AAQUA acquiring a significant majority equity position in Sentiance instead of the 20% under the original plan.
All Active has an investment in MESH through GBP3.7 million loan note which can be converted into shares at 40 pence each. MESH holds 22% interest in Sentiance.
Deal is set to be completed by the end of March.
Current stock price: 39.20 pence, closed up 6.0% on Tuesday
Year-to-date change: up sharply from 16.50p
