Big punt. Am pretty confident Harwood and co will be chomping at the bit, even after their unfortunate recent experience with AGFX. With a ludicrous current market cap of £4.5 million (they are owed more than that for work already done which can now be paid) if there is keen competition to take larger positions I cant see a reason to give the stock away like Amati had to. Only my op, which maybe wrong, but then why wouldI be here if I thought that like some appear to.

2r, either the existing shareholders have said they will support in full, or the Exec will need to get out there and get investors. Either will be good for Verici in the long-term, although if it is the latter, there will be short-term joy

Unhooked. Your comment about ‘Amati only being able to buy at an IPO’. Is that a special condition that applied to Amati? It’s certainly not a general rule that prohibits a VCT fund buying or selling anytime they want
