Knights, the national legal and professional services business, will be conducting an investor presentation following publication of their Interim results for the six months ended 31st October 2024.

Made Tech Group issued an encouraging AGM update this morning. The business has maintained its strong Q1 performance into Q2, achieving Sales Bookings in the year to date of £37.5 million which is already ahead of the £36.0 million bookings achieved for the whole of the prior year. This follows a robust revenue and Adjusted EBITDA performance in Q1 FY25. Todays trading update announcement better than expected - I always lean on low side on estimates and generally use profit after tax to value - looking for companies that have more than 10% profit after tax on Market cap (cover dividend + investment)....Potentially if 2H same as 1H then 2025 looking at over 20% which is amazing and would push my higher side fair valuation to 250 (would then be back to around 10%)
