Ipsen Share Price (IPN.PA)

I have a race in my head between IPN and AZN….Their share prices in EUR and GBP are of a similar value.

Who will be the first to 200?

IPN as the smaller company should have an advantage, but has now price targets at that level. AZ has big ambitions and already has price targets over 200.

Both targetting significant revenue growth in the next few years.

If there is growth of 15% on average then they get there around the end of 2028/early 2029.

Happy if both get there.

A really positive outlook issued with the 25 results today has pushed the SP to 150Eur….well done.

It may take a few years, but I expect the foundation trustees will approve a sale to another French pharma in due course.

I wonder what the long term implications are of the passing of one of the key shareholders and their shares now being operated by a Trust.

Over time, the trustees must be open to realising some of their asset to diversify their income stream or invest more in their charitable objectives…..may that occurs when the second major shareholder passes.
