Doug had the biggest shareholding so was always going take Amit to court at some point with or without other shareholders joining in.

As for the proceedings, my guess is that Amit won't reply to the PAD, won't turn up at court and will just simply ignore everything as he has always has done but at least there will finally be closure.

LOLS... all this fanfare and Amit simply won't turn up.
