Still awaiting regulatory clearance from the Irish Government. BOL

The WLG shares in my account with Interactive Investor (iii) have been held in ESCROW since 15-Aug-2016, and I am still waiting for my cash payment. When queried with iii as to when payment for my shares would be made, iii replied that it would taken somewhere between 4 to 12 weeks. That means my money is virtually 'dead' for that period of time! Is that normal?

5th March 2016 IC VIEW: Wireless has launched three radio stations that are off to a strong start and Euro 2016 should be a boon. Yet its shares still trade at an alluring 11 times forecast earnings for 2017. Moreover, include the special dividend and there's a yield of 8.1 per cent. We think investors should tune in. We upgrade to buy.
