Idox Group Share Price (IDOX)

Was very keen on Idox - sold out a few years ago. They seemed to have found a profitable niche market but silly acquisitions and ignoring shareholders interests has come to this.

Nearly 90 mill traded in just over 3 hours?

Was a holder here but gave upend sold some time ago. Now the directors can't make a go of giving the company away

I suspected that IDOX, was diluting its equity to account for the continuous reduction in diluted earnings per share, and the explanation is apparently difficulties experienced with acquisition of other companies, where either the founder leaves, key staff leave or the company was already in difficulty when acquired by IDOX. The fact that IDOX, has been in a 5 year downtrend reflects a poor record of acquisition, and only the management of IDOX, hold the responsibility for continuing to make poor acquisition decisions. Best hope would be a change of management or better decisions in acquisitions. DYOR.

IDOX in downtrend since August 2021,and the director selling stock offers no encouragement. Major downtrend line is at 63, which requires to be broken above on high volume, to reconsider the bearish direction of the equity.

The only potentially bright spot is the six week formation of a bullish reverse head and shoulders chart formation, with the shoulder at 60. The sp, requires to close above 60 in high volume and maintain at least a 2 day close above 60, to consider a buy. In the meantime consider the equity a sell. DYOR.
