Hi hinukami, I got no message on HL but appears my 1,000,000 shares have gone to 0

Its like a crime but apparently legal as voted through even though as a shareholder I got no message to vote!

DeepMatter Group Plc has announced a consolidation through which your existing shares will be exchanged for a smaller number of shares. The share price is expected to rise to reduce the impact to the market value of your shares.

Under the terms of the consolidation, your account will be credited with 1 new share in replacement for every 1,000,000,000 shares held.

Please note, no fractional shares will be issued as a result of the consolidation and your shares will be rounded down. Cash proceeds will not be issued for any fractional shares.

Due to your holding being fewer than 1,000,000,000 shares, the rounding down process will result in your entitlement being zero ordinary shares. Therefore, you will cease to hold any shares in DeepMatter Group Plc.

The consolidation is subject to shareholder approval.
