leicester, and zoetic at the chill launch.
let's see what this week brings......
Hopefully a. Nice rns Monday morning announcing the new website launches. Fingers crossed.
Regarding Zoetic's successful novel foods application to the UK Food Standards Agency (the "FSA"), which had a deadline of on 31 March 2021.
Does anyone know of any competitor's / 0r other CBD products that failed to meet this regulatory hurdle, causing their products to be withdrawn from the market. I seem to recall that this would be an opportunistic time for Zoe to step in with new products that met the compliance, therefore opening up new markets for Zoe.
Just wondered if anyone has any details on any CBD products having to be withdrawn, even if at present they can not be replaced by Zoetic.

No mention of companies that failed but I’m sure you can do the research on that
That was a good read. Thanks for that Tobler.
It can only be good for the CBD business going forward - with the public trusting the products that are on sale i.e tested and declared safe by the FSA and other new types of outlets and shops that would not normally sell CBD products having the confidence to sell, knowing they are safe. Should be a big plus as far as confidence goes. Cheers Vas
I keep seeing ads for access cbd popping up on tv. If Zoetic don’t advertise soon people may settle with a brand and stick with it like smokers do.
Really lol. Ffs chill are already years ahead of the competition in the USA. Try to think tobacco cessation market as well as CBD
Gallini,
Can you explain how Chill are “already years ahead of the competition in the US”.
During my research with SF, I was recommended two alternative brands, which I would think are competition to Chill?
Genuine question that will hopefully get a genuine answer.

Can you tell me which products and if they're in the tobacco cessation market, also do they have a 88000 store reach and patents pending ? Thanks in advance
Gallini,
The two brands that were recommended by SF were:
Tree-Rolls and Derby Day.
I thought that Chill had a USP but a simple google search of CBD cigarettes brings up a plethora of CBD cigarette brands. Are all of these not aimed at smoking cessation? There are lots of websites with “ Best 3/5/6/13 CBD Cigarettes” and currently none of these mention Chill.
So not sure as regards “years ahead of competition” ???
I am NOT saying Chill is not a good brand, as my research suggests that it is. However, it appears there is already lots of competition.???

As they have stated several times CHILL is THE ONLY fully compliant THC free and nicotine free CBD smoke in the world. They do own patents on the process they use to make their product. This is why they have won 100,000 stores (this is a phenomenal number of stores that most companies would never achieve in ten lifetimes) to sell their products plus 17 other countries. This little start up will be a monster in a few years imo.
I have just googled tree rolls menthol cbd chew isolate chew packs. No results just some full spectrum CBD smokes. Billy I have made the ultimate research on zoetic please give up as you're making yourself look silly
You’re wrong, but also you were wrong at 7.75p when you had this as a strong sell.
The Company is not aware of any other tobacco-free, THC-free, nicotine and nicotine/CBD containing products in the market
Yes you are wrong. AATAC have more power than that.
“Leveraging dedicated shelf space, our products will take prime position within an initial 10,000 stores committed during the 'Prepare for Lift Off' phase. “
As per rns in Feb, prime position in an initial 10,000 stores. Sounds pretty certain to me.
Read the rns before declaring yourself 100% correct if I was you.
Ah, ok!! Believe a rns from a company plus the photos on social media proving products in stores or an anonymous bb poster who “use ld to work in US retail and knows AATAC”???
Billy, is this you again??
Invest8
Why do you question the details of the RNS report "initial 10,000 stores committed during the 'Prepare for Lift Off' phase.", especially the point about 10,000 stores committed. That's the operative word here....Do you have anything to add around that point...as you say you worked alongside AATAC?
Did AATAC have committed shelf space in their associated outlets?
You can tell the company are about to make the next step up when the shorters come out in force!
So you come out of no where with no history of posting on your knowledge of Zoetic, with a major negative post that I debunked in about 10 secs and then say all posters do is attack??? You’ve attacked the company’s US distribution deal, with no evidence other than you know AATAC, which clearly you don’t, and wonder why people criticise you???
Sell up your short as it’s only going to go one way at some point.
3500 stores by July
Chill now in UK
Zoetic about to be in US
New multi-currency websites about to be launched.
Tick tock
Targeting high footfall stores first is far more important than just the number of stores
Guys try and ignore the white noise, I have a sneaky feeling things are going to turn this week.
It won't be long before the embers turn into an inferno, and i for one is going to enjoy the show.
BB
Absolutely Gallini. 3500 stores by July that have been “targeted” for high footfall.
And as for the coca-cola and mars not being is every AATAC store, are you serious?
I’m not classifying Zoetic and those two brands obvs but highlighting the ludicrousness of your statement
And now the text book “I’ve got nothing to lose comment”. It’s not as if we don’t see this type of attack on the share every week.
Post some FACTS and we can debate them.
I already am!
Still time to get out of your short without too much loss!
Bye then!
