Is this share worth holding onto as i see no news from members since june 09 ??
about $1090. Then you would have to pay to sell them so budget £20 for that. Worth holding them for a few more weeks though in my opinion...
My ex was once the CFO for YouGov (Polymetrix) and I was awarded 1300 shares of his vested stock as a result of our settlement. This was 2007. I asked him recently (1 month ago) what the stock was worth and he told me almost nothing and then cut me a check for $919 (US dollars). Can someone please tell me the value of my stock? Is his price correct? He knows I know nothing about the market or how to read a stock chart so I think he was taking advantage of me. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!
These have risen nicely just recently, bought in at 39p. could be something to do with this US acquisition "http://uk.biz.yahoo.com/090428/214/ikgtl.html" anyone heard anything else about this share. what do people think about its long term prospects
Riddler it seem that the results show that yougov are head of target to make a decent profit for the end of year results...
its just i have been with this one since it did fall and have been wating for a bounce back since....and i think this maybe the good news i have been waiting for....
if you look at results you can see that they have a srong balance sheet and up 20% from last year..so why are you sounding so negative
does anyone know if there will defo be a interim results announcement on 6 April 2009. and if yes what will it mean for the share price????
up 10% today and systematic and regular trades of the same size. Someone knows something....I will search tonight ! GL ALL
Taken private by management means that the management would takeover the company by buying out the shareholders then delist from AIM. Perhaps we would have to be bought out at a premium ?
The Telegraph mentions a possible management buyout. Any ideas what this will mean for the share price and the company? Can't seem to find any more info! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/mediatechnologyandtelecoms/4782752/Buy-out-talks-after-YouGov-share-price-collapse.html
these are a def buy guys, just waiting for there bounce, get on now to make a quick 20-30% or hold for long term gains, eithrt way these should do well. but as always dyor
Looked over their 2008 reports, and the current financial situation and am fairly sure that these will have a good bounce, provided we dont have a big crash tomorrow! 50% would be a very fine return, but i think that 50-55p wouldnt be unreasonable
couldnt resist buying these for a strong rebound. I'll be happy with 50% profit on this. RNS seems pretty upbeat and you can see that this is a very sustainable company looking to spend money on development of inovative products.
I agree, I'm in - very little debt, good cash pile, still making profit, worth 60p per share just on book value. Seems like a good short term punt if you ask me. Having said that......
3 weeks ago it was 90p and yesterday 70p it will rebound, just as all of the stocks seem to be doing once they each a new low,
has been trading around the 70p mark and now dropped 50% this morning on news that there profit for the forth coming year will be down, never-the-less still profit and if I can make a quick £500 I'll be happy
Isn't it always the same. They **** them selves then we make a mint!
can you explain? even if this is an overreaction will it bounce back and could we make a quick buck?
F**K the government and its shares!!!
