I think the action is more personal than Corporate...
I very much doubt it will change the outcome of WRN...The
Administrators are just interested in the numbers...not the noise!
A troll is someone who trashes a thread...like Dazza..and never discusses the events that made two investments go into suspension. Is court action all they have left? (and who will benefit)
dynamitedazza: SHAREHOLDERS SOMEONE PLS KEEP POSTING STUFF INOUT HERE ON LSE CLEARLY TROLLS ARE MONITORING THE LSE SITE AMD ARE DESPRATE FOR SHARE HOLDERS NOT TO SEE THESE NEW REVELATIONS SHOWS HOW WORRIED SOME ARE ON HERE AND OTHERS BEHIND BACKING / PAYING THE TROLLS IN RHE SAME WAY AS THE HACKER WAS PAID ARRESTED AND CHARGED Sorry for my earlier absence guys was our on the toon celebrating all the litigation that’s being prepared - have been waiting for This to start for an eternity Then again Haven’t we all !!!!! I’m just gonna Read the posts I have missed and I have another bomb shell to drop today - stand by campers ??
No Johnbri4 I have never said it would return....but that I hoped
for all shareholder who lost money that it would!
Mani. Keep your hair on. What I really meant was as you said anything coming from a source other than the board would be unofficial. By the way Mani was it not you who said WRN would return?
I think shareholders only want official
news from WRN administrators..which I
expect will confirm there will not be any
funds returned to shareholders...hope to be wrong!
Re; WHET I think the board have let all shareholders
down, there is a serious lack of integrity...the
placement is a sign that this over..there may be
a plan of sorts going forward, but I do not believe
it is for the benefit of shareholders....we have been
played....I did not buy shares, just have my free allocation,
but have written it off... GLA !
The chat board is hotting up , prelude to some announcements? good luck all holders.
The lads know full well they can virtually operate as they please and run rings around the FCA . A clever-silly attitude where opportunities like Rangers affair can be taken advantage of
Everything operating on the edge where litigation or threats of appears highly as part of the MO. In fact one of the cheerleaders hauled up here suggesting a whip amongst the passenger list on the Titanic to fund going after any negative posters .Nice .
In fact the WHET placing of 8.5m shares at 0.1p per share took place on 22 October last year. They just forgot to tell anyone.
My personal view is that anything left from WRN
will be absorbed by fees of the Administrartors.
Re: WHET...I think that the latest filings are directly as
a result of Shareholder revolt and the success in getting
a delay in strike off and thereby arousing inteerest
in the activiteis of the board...let's face it...without the delay
would the sudden filing have happened...and the declaration
of an issue of shares have been reported???? NO...In my Opinion!
So even if they do re-list...which looks very unlikely as even
Britdaq will not deal with them....The sentiment that they
enjoyed on launch is lost....would you invest in them now?
Would many who post here rush to sell their stock..yes..
who would invest with a Board who cannot file basic
details on time..ignore their shareholders and do
a placing without declaration........Not me!
I think WRN holders were played here..
If Aidan had any decency his blog would not now
be password only......seriously Aidan??????
He certainly encouraged investment in WHET
and now we cannot trade he is suddenly MUTE!!
Hope FCA get to the bottom of ALL that has
evoled in this SAGA and that there are
consequences for market abuse...........
Does this mean they will relist? And anybody know latest on WRN?
Well, we were partially right.
Some did get some of their investment back, when they sold out at the beginning.
Sadly, I wasn't one of them.
Wrote the money off long ago. However, I stick around in the hope of some accountability.
The company just needs to be transparent.
The confirmation statement is a start but the BoD need to issue a statement to inform shareholders why the company was removed from Britdaq and they also need to issue a trading update and ensure the accounts are filed on time.
These are basic corporate governance steps and should be adhered to.
What does this all mean? Is this nightmare finally done
When WHET first launched like many on this board I
hoped that it may provide an opportunity to get my
investment in WRN back! The negative posters on here
were continually telling us we were deluded..but now
I find myself agreeing with them.......!
He will be HC&R even if a black hole was about to shallow the Earth.. btw the other BB thread elsewhere has disappeared..
So WHET has issued 8.5m shares at 0.1p per share, valuing the whole company before the fund raising at £58,000. I don't think too many will be happy, chilled and relaxed!!
Allotment of shares filing at Companies House.

Happy, Chilled and Relaxed
Thanks mccarefree.
Johnbri - He's still listed as secretary....
manifesto, re your 20:26, this confirmation statement shows
two things in particular; firstly, that allan biggar’s company
GSC was a sizeable seller of whetstone shares only a few weeks
before britdaq kicked whet off their platform (- although that
fact was not disclosed by either GSC or whetstone until the last
few days -), but also secondly that there have been a fair few
trades in whetstone that have continued *after* it was kicked
off britdaq. so although you say “we cannot sell our shares”,
it seems that quite a few other people still can, and do.
Manifesto, probably connected to the company.. that's the only explanation for anyone never ever saying a word against Whetstone/Worthington dispite suspension and lack of news. The time for patience passed long ago. I do hope you get some form of positive news soon..but the longer the silence drags on the less likely it is GL
TIMETOBUYWHET..
Well what does that say about WHET's board?
Their last message to shareholders was a promise to post
an update every quarter...heard nothing since..and they have
remained in total silence regarding our exit from Britdaq..
so that is a sign of guilt then????
We cannot sell our shares, have no idea of our financial status..
cannot seem to do the most basic task of filing legal docs on time..
I'd say time to sell Whet, only I can't....! It really does seem
ridiculous to defend this company..where is the respect for
their shareholders?
Spikeyj silence is a sign of guilt as they say.
