Is it still in liquidation?
Is that actually possible?
Has Whetstone also been liquidated?
How is it that these people just up and vanish?
Serious question , for get all the point scoring and bull**** on here over the last few years , either side of the fence welcome to answer , any good reasons whys it’s taking so long to either bust or continue??
Likewise, I've not received anything via HL.
No email here, they know where I live because of the whetstone shares
With investors like miz and TIME around the likes of Ware, Earleys and Bigger will never be short of mugs to rip off.
Its very hard to find evidence when theres nothing to look into, Five years to investigate this i could of walk
ed round the world in that time.
I can also confirm email last year, but the question is why is it taking so long?
Thanks guys I contacted the FCA contact via the email posted and I have now received the questionnaire. The investigation is confidential hence the FCA are not saying anything when contacted. I was asked by the FCA contact not to post anything on any BB's so this is the last time I will be talking about it.
So have I. Form filled in and will be emailed to the FCA tomorrow.
I had confidential email From FCA too. There are investigating WRN
There is an investigation....the email is marked "confidential"
so LSE are deleting anything posted on here from the email from the FCA.
Yamsel I think you saw the contact details posted before it was deleted...
it was correct and from the email I got from the FCA..... LSE are right
to keep the details private..... I am with HL and they have obviously given
the FCA the contact details of their clients who own WRN shares..
AHP007 not sure what your agenda is....But be assured there IS
an FCA investigation.....
GLA who owned shares on suspension...I do not think we will
get anything back, but at least FCA are looking into this scam...
There is NO investigation into Worthington Group.
Even the FCA told you this in a email "I contacted the FCA and they sent me a reply today saying they are not aware of any investigation into Worthington Group"
You got it from the horses mouth
could someone post the FCA email they received
keep-it-real posted: Anyone filled out the questionerair sent by the fca investigating Worthington?
I never received anything so I contacted the FCA and they sent me a reply today saying they are not aware of any investigation into Worthington Group?
Yes, I received an email yesterday. I haven't filled in the form yet.
Please can anybody tell me if they have been contacted regarding Worthington group plc. Filling out a questionnaire. It's been so long I forgot about them...

Is this stock still 'in play'? Not even sure I have the share certificate anymore lol Was thinking the worst over at EUA until it started trading again this morning...
In case anyone pops by , with the FCA seemingly giving the all clear , I feel the right time to start trading would be March 2021 when new tech and living standards start to kick in and Biden as new POTUS.
They started as they meant to go on from the very beginning I hope the FCA looks closely at this valuation which was firmly buried in the candy floss
The previous owners had flogged this to death but the lads continued to fan the flames of its resi prospects despite the fact it was conatmianted
"Because of the uncertainty of the value of the Keighley site following the abortive multi use planning application, a professional valuation of the site was sought from Mazars LLP as at 1st June 2012. Because of the costs involved in completing a residential development, including charges levied by the local authority & taking the economic climate into account, the Mazars' valuation came in at £500,000. "
So from the get go they knew how much the site was worth The valuers would have flagged up the issue of contamination hence the valuation
Meanwhile Ware spent the next 2 years 2012 -14 hyping up its potentail multi milion £ value .
They sold it for £475k
i don't think neo99, fonters, hepran, unclemonty, bloodaxe, picto,
dollop, williams142, etc. filled out theirs - they are probably still
waiting for the resurrection of WRN into a $2 billion conglomerate.
what could possibly go wrong?
Anyone filled out the questionerair sent by the fca investigating Worthington?
This so far shows what shambles and complete joke FCA actually are! How many years now investigating this...and nothing yet....utterly disgraceful!
No. You've been left holding shares in a micro-private company run by someone no one knows anything about. Seemingly it has only one director, no current information about strategy and no information about what it actually owns or does.
The one thing you most certainly don't have is a company with $2bn assets.
The hype has gone and what went on here is very odd, to say the least.
Hi, can we still trade Whetstone shares on Britdaq?
