Only logged in here as comments on Hansteen whos originators under Ashtenne sold to Warners and are now looking to buy back again presumably with a large haircut . Presumably Warners are under water What is the total current value of the property holdings and debts -can someone give me quick thumbnail They always seemd a company to me forever looking for a niche in the property market.flirting with various sectors especially trade counter-but never seemed to ahve the gravitas or cutting edge of the other main players I sold them a low yielding office propertyrty with very little upside and at the time thought it was an unusual purchase just beforet he recession kicked in some 22 years !! -no change there then
I hold my shares in Warner only as a reminder to do a lot of research and not to trust my instincts.
Is there any chance of a bounce here? Or are long term investors giving up on it?
unfortunately you're right, it's a complete disaster...i don't know what to do with what remains of my investement here...
I had this back in 09 - sold for about even - at a much higher share price....ouch!
FY Results will arrive before the end of the month; i'm in since a long time and a think that with a recovering property market and rental market booming Warner can't continue going down
very little news from warner management to move share price up or down as now, lost a couple of grand on this company, and am in property letting myself, but have never had banks throwing millions of pounds at my business, property historically has 16 year cycles boom, bust boom, deflation inflation cycles. unless delisted and management buyout at a low price, is still a good penny share gamble but get out if bad news quick.
...the chart is showing a trend inversion. And the rental market is going to be very good in the years to come...i'm still in and waiting
I will buy more at around 8p if and when it gets there, good luck thanks
Read up on this one. NAV is just over 8p. Long term for real profit. Personally, i can this dropping to pre 10p. Good luck, hope i wrong. check out googlefinance/warnerestates.com.

In what sense? I mean 10k shares. At 18.25 last week, bye!
Are you sure about that 10k? Anyways, take care til next time!
Got another 10k this week so that i could average down, i think this price is a good bargain. Market is recovering. See you in the next months!
ive got different quotes from different sites. This one says 20p others are saying 18.75. Lloyds shareview dealing has it at 19.95 to buy!!
Am i being stupid believing that Warner are stil paying dividends?
