Yes no way for them to resolve this disaster. I am waiting since a long time for the possible capital raising, then there may be the chance to buy somthing at a ridiculous price. Let's hope this slow agony finishes soon. I was once a shareholder and I have been severely punished for my error!!!
When are these finally going to go what are the banks waiting for they are under water and never likely to break surface .Hansteen are ready willing and waiting and cashed up to swoop for the Ashtenne Induitrial portfolio. They have in place a regional management structure to sweat the assets Come on banks pull the rug and get it over with
Glad i got out here in feb ! good luck to all still in though !
Odds on Pre Pack Looks like the whale is going to die.
This reminds me of looking down on the beach as helpers are desperately trying to relaunch a beached whale but know in their hearts of hearts it aint going to swim again
My god its the Autumn and they are still here! Probably the most expensice proeprty maangement feei n the market
Does seem odd that there is almost 3k of them bought today....maybe something in the pipeline, who knows. Doubt it though.
Who is buying these shares and for what reason? Did they not read the last dire results???
Cant be long left they managed to quadruple their losses.Ditch the shareholders and the banks will let them carry on. , and just run it down to try and get their money back although they would be better putting there own man in i woulndnt trust the bunch of numpties running it now.
This company must be one of the longest death rolls going .What are the banks waiting for a property boom? How long does it take to do a flatpack or a loss isnt a loss until its crystalised!
The management here really don t have a clue. I guess they were just lucky to have caught the upwind of all the credit excess. Now its time for the last wrights for this one call the priest.
basically managing the majority stock now on behalf of the banks and for some joint ventures .Well under water .Offic e overhead basically an expensive managment fee.Banks just waiting for a small improvement in the maket for portfolio before administratio n and flat pack Largest part is the Ashtenne industrial portfolio whose former ownerr elaunched a publically listed company Hansteen Holdings waiting in the wings to buy back with major shortback and sides Warners never had a cohesive polcy charged around buying properties like trade parks and then industrial just after markets peaked
anybody.......???? What a spread on this little fish. 1.2 billion of assets under management. Hmm some research called for http://www.warnerestate.co.uk/
This seems to have all the signs of of a pre pack admin. The management come to an agreement with their lenders and carry on and keep calm and the shareholders get the old heave ho. The longer though it goes on the longer the directors keep getting paid so i suppose they will string it out as long as possible would,nt you . Dire straights said it: well : money for nothing: and the shareholders get stuffed
Showing as up 25% after a buy of 1 share..... somebody buy a couple of thousand and help me get out of these please.
When was the latest portfolio valuation undertaken.? Hansteen must be waiting in the wings to pick up the "Ashtenne" industrial portfolio with a large haircut The question is the gap too wide between debt and portfolio value to make a premptive strike to buy the whole I guess it probably is .Might as well pick it up from the administrators
The Board continues to believe that any position reached with the lenders will deliver little or no value to existing shareholders, other than the opportunity to participate in an equity raise were that solution to be feasible and pursued.
I think this is pure speculation, their debt is currently unsustainble
BOOOOMMMM ???? Anyone else noticing how this share is ticking up nicely, almost on a daily basis over the last week or so? W H Y ??
Wait for the capital raising
For an entry point here. GL all who hold
LOAG?
They're probably going for a capital raising, it's the only way to resolve the debt problem. Thus, i expect the price to go down more and more, basically the shares have no value right now - the company itself said that. I will wait until the capital raising and then i will consider if buying back in (i lost a big amount of money on wner)
3p now. when will it bottom out? seem to be in free fall now
