FYI, I’ve had this update from FCA yesterday. I have responded and basically expressed that this isn’t good enough and the shareholders and general public deserve more information.

I can tell you that the investigation continues to progress and the Investigation Team, of which I remain a member, now hope that any potential charges will be brought early next year.

As per the correspondences I have posted below, see the letter from FCA, stating that they expect prosecutions in the next 3 months.

Even though FCA have their hands full with Worthington and connected entities, I have successfully halted strike off of Whetstone Capital with information provided.
Now that there is an amount of time available I suggest anyone interested comes together to ensure these people and all connected are brought to justice.

This update comes from the FCA with regards my emails regarding assistance with preventing Whetstone Capital being struck off:

Dear Mr Cox,

I write further to our recent exchange of emails in relation to Worthington PLC and other companies. As you know from my previous email the focus of our investigation has been and remains Worthington Group PLC.

In relation to Whetstone Capital we are not investigating that company or its activities and it is therefore not within the scope of what is already a large and complex criminal inquiry. Accordingly, we are unable to take any action in regard to its imminent striking off. Any concerns in relation to that company should be addressed to Companies House.

In relation to the on-going FCA investigation we hope to be able to provide you with a substantive update in the next few months.

For the record I too up the share offer and the options.
It was a bit of a no brainer as it lifted me out the crap quite quickly.

I can inform you that the enquiry concerning Worthington Group plc has continued throughout the pandemic despite issues associated with it and with that in mind the Investigation Team hope that any potential charges will be brought before the end of this year.

You will appreciate at this stage of the investigation I am limited in respect of divulging information, but I will hopefully be able to update you further later in the year.

Has anyone got the email address of the FCA guy who was collating evidence against WRN and Whetstone? I have been asked to provide to companies house to prevent strike off of whetstone and to instigate investigation. TIA

I've sent the following if anyone else wishes to copy and paste and email to Companies House:

WHETSTONE CAPITAL GROUP PLC – Company Number 10905791

I request that the above mentioned compulsory strike-off action be stopped due to my following rights as an investor in this company:

1. I Have not been told about the company’s decision.
2. I believe the directors may have broken the law, for example tax fraud.

It appears that this company was formed as a vehicle to divert investors’ and financial authorities’ attentions away from financial misconduct in another company – Worthington Group PLC / Company Number 00527186.

It is blatantly clear that all people involved in the formation and following events of Whetstone Capital Group PLC had completely dishonourable intentions towards private investors and the Crown.

There has been no communication or information made available to private investors or the General Public by either the Company or the FCA with regards to both Worthington Group PLC or Whetstone Capital Group PLC.

In the filing history of Whetstone Capital Group PLC you will find a full list of people who will be defrauded if this company is dissolved with no recourse to the directors of the company who are knowingly managing this situation and using the system to facilitate their dishonesty.

I reiterate that there has been no official communication from either the Company or the Financial Authorities with regards these companies and therefore a decision to strike-off can not be made.

DOR on the move again. Someone in the know said to me it would be interesting to see what happens with the share price this week……. ;-)
