30 August 2017 Doriemus PLC ("Doriemus" or "the Company") Update on proposed cross listing on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") The Company advises that it has today filed a Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in connection with the Company's proposed cross-listing on the ASX. A copy of the Prospectus is available on the Company's website for potential eligible investors who are resident in Australia. The offer under the Prospectus is expected to open to eligible investors on or about 7 September 2017. The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
MB read the RNS. Offer shares available to eligible Ozzies from 7th Sept. Won't list until final listing criteria is met. So a sneaky little black out where Ozzies can apply for offer shares but we don't know who or how many. All in the RNS if you read it. B.
Don't forget that every day we wake up the ASX market has just closed and any number of open offer shares may have been taken up. This also means that when trading begins on ASX, Doriemus will have traded in Oz prior to us waking up. So if news after close on Friday Ozzies get first dibs Monday morning. This open offer period could also be a good way for DL to get his buddies from the motherland stocked up. Also with Doriemus trading ASX and Elsewhere? It may be a case of bringing some of the Oz interests under the Doriemus umberella???...
How many of the Australian offer shares have been taken up??? Bit of a sneaky black spot in the interim of Australian offers shares available and time to fully list on ASX. How do we know how many shares, at what price, and to who in this period???
Booom! "Click the flag if you are visiting from Australia"... http://www.doriemus.co.uk/
Yup, but been burnt by the gang a few times and they carry a bit of weight. There was some heavy buy talk here this morning followed by some "SHHHHhhhh! Keep the 'kin noise down" then some "this isn't that great we're not buying" followed by open and silence.....
in addition as is the case here, they over sold shares on the company and got out of balance, with a consolidation there are less shares in issue and so they will then issue themselves more shares to ensure they retain the balance....
you are correct with what you say. I have seen this exact scenario before with an equally incompetent bunch of eeejits. Ask anyone that was in Pan Pacific Aggregates (PPA). They announced reverse takeover so people bought in. They then closed because the alleged reverse takeover fell through. They then opened again and consolidated. Then changed name _ Astar Minerals... The upshot of the whole thing was that investors had no warning and the current SP is 1.06p and I require 70.72p to breakeven. I have absolutely no doubt that this is what is going on here - scandelous but they get away with it....
