Back on track now.....down from about 50p and I reckon that is a fair target so plenty to go. Cora will close down schools in time and this is a good place for home education
R u new to investment? Buying before update and sell on result as usual.
No publically available information has come out. What`s going on?
Considering steady rise and results.
Its not off. Justin waite has a fair few followers. When he pumps, others buy and he dumps. Perfect strategy I say.
New management, focused on a smaller market to be the best, directors putting money in. Good company and room for steady expansion. Get the product right and there is a never ending supply of children to teach. All good.
nice to see they just won the best on line educator award worldwide ...bodes well for the future :)
Final Results should be out very soon (was on 29.10 last y). Time to position yourself ;)
Been no movement in the share price for a couple of days. No RNS but seems odd to me.
another director share purchase, now the 3rd in the last month or so
Another positive sign IMHO
Hi Leo thanks for the blog. Good read.
Agree with 2019 numbers - think we will exceed the £5m estimate.
Also has £5m in cash so a £11m valuation looks very conservative to me. Happy to hold
I have recently posted a series of articles about Wey on my blog (google "LeoInvestorUK"). Unfortunately they are far too long to repost here, but my conclusion was:"I can make an argument for a current valuation anywhere between about 8p and 20p. Risks are principally in the 2020 and 2021 forecasts - their operations are unlikely to be affected by any economic downturn and long term the compound growth demonstrated by InterHigh in particular should make this a reasonable long term investment around current levels (11-12p).Personally speaking this is already my largest individual share position and so I am cautious of buying more, yet I see considerable strategic value and so nor am I inclined to sell in any size unless either there is a significant change to the prospects for the company (not something I ever felt over the rollercoaster of the past 2 years) or the share price gets wildly ahead of itself, maybe over 25p over the next 6 months."Follow me on my blog or on twitter to receive updates as I write them.
Added to your post, I refer you to my previous statement;
"There is a never ending supply of kids".
GLA
Share price into double figures now. It’s not often such a gift presents itself as this one did in the 5p area in late April and again in the first hour after the interims at 6p on 13th May....
The potential here is good and I don’t think people have given enough weight to the recent announcement that OfQual now offer the first “Teaching Online” qualification provided by WEY. That is official Government recognition of WEY’s qualities and potentially a new source of income - teaching the teachers. Online is not going away!
Good to see Tony Knowles adding a further 83k shares @9p to the 133k he bought two weeks ago @ 7.5p.
Why aren't all shares like WEY. Buy on Tuesday and I'm up a grand by Friday.
Thanks to 1 or 2 sellers earlier I managed to get some more for 10.1p and very happy with that, now I am in for the duration of the education.
Again today moving along nicely with very little noise.
I really really like this share and since going in @ 6.5p I am regretting not buying more but he good news is it is still cheap at the moment so I am going to buy some more later tomorrow as I am working first thing, I trade most shares but with this I will hold for at least the next set of results which will be very interesting to see how much well north from here the shareprice is by then.
“InterHigh has helped to develop a new accredited qualification for teaching online.
The UK Government exam board regulator, Ofqual, has approved the new qualification accredited by the Awards for Training and Higher Education (ATHE) awarding body.
Available on the Ofqual register, the new qualification is designed to meet the increasing demand for alternative approaches to learning.”

I expect 10p tomorrow....a lot of that is cash and only a fraction of the price a year ago
no shares available.
Yes the company is clearly turning around now. Lots of cash in the bank and a focus on the key business rather than trying to compete everywhere.
Good to see directors buying.
There is certainly one less major stale bull as several million were sold at 5p over the previous two weeks. I understand that it was a single institution so we might see an RNS at some point. It’s why I don’t want to entrust my money with small cap funds because they so often have to sell big at the wrong times due to their own liquidity issues.
