Audioboom has a few similarities to Roku. Audioboom is what Roku uses to be. Roku was bought because of their platform, advertising and audience asset. AB increasingly fits the same framework, just much much smaller.

Agree with many on here and I for one am glad no offer made than a low ball one. AUDIOBOOM will continue to grow and the share price will reflect.

Audioboom clearly favoured holding firm rather than selling cheap, and the recent price action suggested that was becoming increasingly likely. The upside is reinforced by guidance showing revenue rising to at least US$45 million.

Hardly. MakeItUp claiming he’s holding 29,000 — what a guy. My average is a lot lower than yours, and even if this dropped more than double — around 60% from what you stated — I’d still be in profit. Even in the AIM cesspit. If this tanks you will be the one stuck with the shares you turnip.

Based on what we’re seeing right now, many believe a buyout may not happen, as the current share price is only slightly above the level mentioned in the RNS regarding bids at a premium. However, it’s worth remembering how tightly things were kept under wraps during the Adelicious acquisition — there were no leaks at all. It’s entirely possible the same could happen again. Think we AB will be bought out but hopeful for well over £8 but more likely it will be around £8 unless bidding war happens. Anyone’s guess how much it will go for.

Either way, we’re finally going to see what’s actually going on. Hopefully the SR isn’t dragged out again because the waiting is doing no favours for PI’s. At this stage it feels like red or black for some. If Audioboom isn’t sold, then being on AIM you’d expect the share price to dip a few percent short term before things settle.
