so why r u here then . Just wondering ?
Look what the Unilad guys did with £200! Already bagged a £1 Million contract before even launcing, took Unilad four years to achieve that. If you lost on AAOG you will make it back here, don't be bitter.
luckybig no there isn't any change to the website waiting for the shareholders list to be added though.
just looked at the website iconic labs looks to me like their is more info on so i think this is nearly ready to change name,so is this why all the selling etc today i expect a rns tommorow this is boiling up nicely.
Far too much smoke and mirrors and that’s how the company and the fund want it, woe betide shareholders knowing the exact picture.
"I also want to assure investors that the completion of the restructuring is now very close"
How much of the principal in £ is now left to convert?
munch munch munch under 0.4.. I’ve been building a reasonable holding over the last week or two on these dips. Tuck away for rainy day :-)
I think just having a share register would be a good start,
Yes no change in number of shares in issue - he means consolidation of significant shareholders
Hi Retour, will there be the same amount of shares in issue after the name change?
Thom_1987 your posts are also just **** in the wind - are you even holding shares?
TR1s, Share Register Consolidation, EGM, Name Change, Re-org, New Financing and of course, many contracts .
It's all going to happen very shortly.
Looks to have run out of steam, volume drying up, board need to act on their promises and get things sorted for Iconic now.
comeon there- great news and market response is like a fart In a lift
added 1m today 0.352
News coming definitely more contracts on the way
RNS in the morning or close of day
1 code RNS???
So we have a financial company paying £1 Million for Iconic labs, took Unilad four year to get contact of that scale, this is going to be massive IMHO must be a big bank to be able to pay that. Consumer products contract to be announced soon, name change on its way. This time next year!!!
Expect a TR1 anytime now.
Its getting very close to full details being announced and real business to begin.
Someone said they had (maybe) 60m left to churn... well, looking at the trades.. that could be done today/tomorrow!! :) Next week could be the start of the Iconic Rise!!! GLA.
Oilnovice yes they will hold some but not the amounts you are talking about to hold back the stock. They have to deal at normal market size, whether they hold shares or not.
I think a lot are waiting on the side lines for the rns that says the fund are fully out you have your opinion and that is fine, but I think that when they are out is when the brakes come off and we will get a rise in price.
Jarv - MMs for large, liquid, stable companies would almost certainly not need to hold shares. They will make money from the volume/ spread.
BUT for small cap companies they will need to own shares to create liquidity and therefore the market. That is why the spread on small caps can be so large as the risk sits more with the MMs and they need to move the Ask and Bid to appease supply/ demand - ergo, they must have their own inventory of the stock...
It seems you have your opinion and won't be changing it. So be it.
But this logic is why the sp MAY not '... rocket to 1p..." when the Fund is out.
Still pretty active selling I see.. Good, let them go ASAP, then change the name and let's get going!!! GLA.
oilnovice in regards to the mms. They may hold, they may be short, and depending on the rest of the PF they may not move their position or may move their position to balance the day out so as to avoid posting a loss! The idea a MM must hold shares in any company is completely false, they are a middle man, they are under no obligation to trade in any company. They could be short here at the moment, there is always another way to look at things.
They will almost certainly have to convert more bonds. They have zero revenue until June from Iconic and only £50k from stem cell business, and I doubt that single contract will cover operational costs, salaries, o/h etc...
The stem cell business was operating at a loss of over £2.8m per year (in 2017).
Albeit there have been Board changes, but the underlying business costs are probably similar now as in 2017.
They need cash. So there will likely be more dilution.
BUT as long as there is the floor, which DS said will increase with future Financing Agreements, we should be okay... The sp tends to hold up with these CLNs.
