Worth a read
I met Edelson probably 25 years ago-he was behind Knutsford
This is a mini Knutsford-market cap nearly £7m with nothing in it other than hope and some ‘talent’
As I said earlier, be careful-this was supposed to be a Kazakhstan play, which didn’t materialise , and it’s now Sudan-according to the Karachi Gazette 😉

The next few weeks is being optimistic I feel.
Focus on when it comes it comes, until then it's an easy hold as he stated good things to happen (hopefully) in 2024 ..

Cheers, dunno how I missed that, as have read that page on the website, must have just forgotten that name.
I'm guessing that Truthfactory has suffered at some point in history due to Edelson and is still bitter.
None of this matters currently anyway.
Within a few weeks we should hopefully know if the Sudan Minister has signed the SA and if he has great, if not then there's nothing going on for a long while

What makes you say Eddleson is involved?
Can you link your source?
I've only been here for a few months so if it's old I may have missed it.
Apologies but I’m just stating the facts. This is a shell, Eddleson(‘shellmeister)is involved, it was originally doing a Kazakhstan deal, it’s got little cash and it’s trading at a premium to NAV.
I didnt invest 6 years ago because it was involved in Kazakhstan, but it’s moved on to Sudan
Be careful

Once he confirmed he wasn't no longer invested in #wcat that was all I needed to hear !!
Why would anyone post on a share chat they had no holding in, shouts out desperation of trying to sabotage positivity to me !!
ATB
Why are you guys even responding to that clown 🤣
They have a clear agenda.
Truthfactory -
I was starting to listen to your comments with seriousness, but if you are going to continue to just keep posting negatives I won't respond any further.
Like I said before many here are INVESTED and believe in the future of where #wcat is heading.
Good evening to you!
Well they are already in cash preservation mode-confetti printing
MOU SIGNED REGARDING FUNDING
Wildcat has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a third party that has expressed an interest to carry out due diligence on deals that Wildcat can source from Sudan. This third party will then decide whether or not to invest directly into a deal up to an amount of US$25 million. The party is also prepared to invest, following due diligence into other petroleum projects in other African countries which have been sourced by Wildcat. The MOU is not legally binding, can be terminated with 30 days notice and the investors are under no obligation to invest and the Company is under no obligation to take their investment.
Mandhir Singh (Chairman) "This MOU is a significant step forward for Wildcat as we aim to complete our first transaction in Sudan. Now that we have a party that is interested in the same geographies, we are focused on closing a deal as soon as possible. Last October the company signed an MOU with the Sudanese over 4 producing oil Blocks (*) and efforts will be concentrated in signing a Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) over at least one of them. If the on-going political situation prevents travel to Khartoum then the Company will endeavour to negotiate a deal remotely."
For a start the assumption that they will need to do a placing :
Show me one word in my posts which is untrue-meantime you keep smoking whatever it is…
Time to ignore the troll here I’m afraid - fits the frame too well -
Let’s say they did need money ( they don’t ) what’s the problem with that ? That’s what the capital markets are for that’s how they work ! You put money in that creates value and the share price goes up
I’m not but I would if he finds a deal-I think there would be time to get in after the froth because they will clearly need to raise more capital via a Placing
Yes I found the previous MoU’s so can understand any frustrations in them not proceeding beyond.
Are you still invested in this share ?
And if so what exposure do you have ?
It’s all starting to fit-‘shellmeister’ Eddelson is in on it.He was a big player in listing empty shells in the early 2000s
Well it was indeed nearly 6 years ago and the deal was supposedly in Kazakhstan
Can understand you would be questioning things after 6 years!
Having said that ‘Sudan’ sounds like the ‘Golden Goose’ doesn’t it, so with that in mind if you are still invested hopefully opinions will change and you will see a good return for your patience :-)))
ATB
as i said, i’m not on twitter.im also not disruptive but i do like to ask questions, particularly after meeting this company i would guess 6 years ago.
its basically a standard list shell-standard list because at the time, you could list it with only about £700k of cash-a lot less than other exchanges.rules have been tightened up.
all i’m actually saying is that at the moment, there is clearly nothing in this shell other than a big chunk of hope and expectation and often that ****tail is worth more than reality

So you are not this person ?

Truthfactory -
I can't answer the question as I'm not in control of the purse strings !!
In my business I know everything that is spent to the last penny. But with all investments are any of them 100% crystal clear..
If you want to know that then I would suggest asking the Chairman ?
I trust you are invested in #wcat and not just here to disrupt others, having said that I am quite open to hearing good, bad and indifferent views when it comes to all shares, just as long as it's constructive and not defamatory ..
ATB
I’m not in Twitter/X
I’m not hacked off at all-if I had invested a meaningful amount in this, I would be locked in anyway through illiquidity.
But if you don’t want answer my question about what’s in the balance sheet , that’s fine
DS22 -
Thanks for head up :-))
Now I understand the reasons behind his rage both here and over on Twitteroo !!
