Vers a rien - towards nothing.
Cromer, I don't dismiss critical analysis - if only there were some!
VRS have done plenty wrong, but also quite a lot right, trouble is plenty of people (myself included) got a bit ahead of ourselves hence the hype spikes previously. That said, macro environments over the last few years haven't helped either. It is also worth pointing out - as I've said many times previously - that ALL Graphene related companies are pretty much in the same boat and are displaying the same performance, and issues, though this is not acknowledged by many.
My point about the non investing negative numpties holds true however, as all they seem to do is like the sound of their own voice and try and show how clever they are(n't) and offer nothing.
Father - sure, they can do a consolidation so as to be able t issue more of the new shares in a fund raise. But the problem is the effect on both the likely effect on the value of investors 'holdings and the amount of money they can raise.Maybe best you read the actual article.
As for your rant - briefly because it's so boringly typical - there's nothing worthy about supporting a company which performs terribly for its investors. Dismissing critical analysis and constantly trying to talk up the share price instead, is what all too often leads to financial misery for forum bulls.
Saw a tweet earlier that celebrated Cementene gaining a US Trade Mark - it joins a number of others that already exist:
- Versarien
- Graphinks
- Nanene
- Hexotene
- Polygrene
-Graphene-Wear
Quite correct, fatherelmer.no problem in principle getting over the nominal value issue. ive been in a number of companies which have had to do it.
Cromer, it is true to say that for ALL companies, not just VRS, that you have a fundraising issue if your Share Price is at, or below, Par Value as you can't issue shares at less than their Par Value, however, this can be easily fixed by first consolidating the shares, whilst leaving the Par value the same, as doing so would boost the SP.
So this is just more muck raking for the sake of it from TW and his acolytes as it was established that he had a personal issue with NR, and why he keeps so desperately trying to be "clever".
On a personal note I find it sad that instead of supporting companies (which is what investors do) there is now an entire class of people who only ever seek the negative about anything, and everything and are NOT investors but rather gamblers who trade in misery (especially of others) as they never invest in anything (except themselves).

It is coming soon!!
Piltick, you obviously mis-read the RNS as it was clearly mentioned - the bit about admixtures - where an earlier expectation was that this may come through in October (not by but in) in addition there were also various mentions of Concrete specifically and 3d printed items for various customers.
Whilst this isn't a great RNS by any means - far from it - it's also not as negative as the bashers would have you believe.
What happened to the magic concrete mix?
After all these years of sp(affing) shareholder funds up the wall the mighty behemoth that is Umbro are selling some shirts with our ink in. We're still trying to sell some other stuff, and we're also trying to sell parts of the business that we've never made a dime on.
In the meantime whilst we carry on with this completely futile commercial vanity project we'll need some more of your money to maintain the lifestyles that we've become accustomed to.
RNS Ends.

The EU's effort to become climate neutral is kicking into high gear — as of Sunday the bloc's carbon border tax enters a trial period, which is likely to raise tensions with key trading partners.
The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism — or CBAM — was adopted last year with the aim of ensuring that goods manufactured in Europe, and subject to the EU's Emissions Trading System, which sets a price on carbon emitted, will be able to withstand competition from products made in countries where polluting doesn’t come with the same price attached.
Starting October 1, the EU's trading partners will have to report the greenhouse gas emissions tied to their exports of iron, steel, cement, aluminum, fertilizer, hydrogen and electricity.
I take your point but Directa seem to be a bit further down the road. (Recent results) With so much research and development costs surely being duplicated would it not make sense to merge to survive?
Dandanman, DCTA are a lot like VRS in that they don't make any money and sell very little Graphene - the majority of their turnover comes from their Environmental (ie legacy) business.
Basically ALL graphene focused entities are still stuck in the research / early adoption phase and are burning cash whilst waiting for a transformative deal to land.
They should put us out of our misery and promote a tko by someone like Directa Plus. If we were offered shares there’s a chance we may see a return in 10 years time!
I am a LTH .I am ,unfortunately, not optimistic that Vesarian will still be trading this time next year. I probably should sell, but hope springs eternal.
From https://innotechtoday.com/start-ups-invited-to-enter-low-carbon-innovation-challenge-for-cement-and-concrete-industry/ Finalists will be announced on May 30, 2023 and will start working with their industrial partners from July 2023 onwards. The program will culminate in April 2024, when the results and achievements of each consortium will be showcased. So, no winners exactly. but Versarien might have been working with a GCCA partner for a few months. Perhaps the lack of publicity about this suggests it's nothing much.

https://twitter.com/JamesHBaker1/status/1702313709790716390 - could there be a connection with UoM Graphene perhaps ?
Joined Versarian when it floated its been a down hill since promise of great things that never materialize wins awards and gets grants how long before it sinks completely.
Don't know why you'd get excited about winning a grant - the reality is that it only covers 70% of project costs, so Gnanomat will have to find around £130,000
Double bottom on 5 day chart and good RNS today ! Are we going to see a reversal? GLA
Nice rns out
