i bought in last earlier this year at above 3.00 and managed to average down and sell at a small profit. will not make the same mistake this time will wait to get back in below 280 hopefully at this rate
And back down we go ,when will it stop no body knows, Just like the Bank of England clueless
This share is ridiculously cheap. It is a very strong bank with a low risk profile. The CEO is a strong but careful woman. EPS is growing along with revenues each quarter. Just buy, sit back and thank your self in 20 years.
I am happy the sp finish above 290 yesterday. If we have a rate rise next will that have positive effect on sp or not,can you let me what your feelings are about this thank you.
looks like my prediction from has Thursday is coming true ....still feel it may be too early to get back in. i reckon mid 280s will not be far off then time to get in . DYOR GLA
My guess is, and its only a guess if VM is on the shopping list of the larger company investors then with out doubt up the SP will go. If not the SP will stagnate. BUT myself I think VM is a low risk short or long term investment GL
Good luck....like i said i see 355p in the relative near term, im sure there will be turbulance along the way, but this is a very strong buy for me.
decided to sell out at 3.06 ...glad i did and now for the inevitable fall over the next few week!
The dividend will also grow.....so getting in early and cheap will pay handsomely long term.... Very Strong Buy.......
Strong business, I'm holding indefinitely. No reason for me to really sell any time in the foreseeable future.
I dont see VM as a take over target like a lot of other challenger banks, but I do see them as a fantastic undervalued bank, and a great invest meny for all trade medium and long term this is a very well run company.....and I am increasing my target fromm 335 to 355 not a lot but i see tis by end of Jan and maybe before....with a little turbulance inbetween.....
I think you could be right up my target but need the sp to finish above the 300 mark today :)
Stand by my 335 target.....
I hope it hits 335 ,l was thinking more like 315 but I did notice that the sp did not break 290 again on friday.
will we continue the rise? 335 my target....
think the spike was more to do with Aldermore another challenger bank that is being bought and may have lifted VM do we have a buyer in the wings.....i doubt it
Offer for Aldermore announced this pm has given the VM. sp the little boost...

And facere proprium investigationis tui
Just top up the sp is holding up 267 to 270 will know Friday if update is bad as sp will go down to 255 range .VM is a good bank just at the moment no good news around sold shares a week ago that I got at this range so now have got my average on my main holding down to 283 which I am now happy with :)
Totally dismal current share price. last year this was over 3-00 at this time . BOD don't seem too concerned. once again no PPI or historical fine or skeletons in the cupboard ... we should be well over 3-20 by now especially looking at all broker recommendations GLA Mon 20:17 wolfwa
