Some of people spending £1m paying 70p for shares and some doing the extensive research to spend their £1800 or so. I don't know what you need but person who did the private placing last Monday must have been confident.
TBH, these questions have been answered or posted over and over on this board so scanning back a week will probably answer them all.

Turning Crypto straight into shares in a registered stock market company .
Crypto into Real Life Assets via NFT
To unleash the potential is a lot of paperwork required with the Gibraltar lawyers and London brokers. Fortunate Richard is Oxford graduated Solicitor so the proper person in the proper place. Company secretary become very busy soon!
Vinay is blockchain technology provider (Mattereum passports) and Richard has admitted in the last interview that VLRM has full right to this technology. This is very fortunate person in the proper place.
I am aware about a lot of ‘undeclared’ money invested into the Cryptocurrency and it it not always easy to cash in substantial amounts to fiat. Then the NFT comes as great alternative and it seems like it is great way to get the cryptocurrency employed to start bringing the money instead of ineffective hold as cryptocurrency wallet. How can this be achieved? My many ways, this can be couple of examples:
VLRM as Gibraltar Trustee - VLRM buys for example 100 Tesla Shares and then will bind it to the Mattereum passport in the blockchain. These 100 Tesla shares will be listed for sale on NFT market and will be 24/7 available for trade. The subject who will acquire shares will obtain the passport and all benefits with it. For example, a dividend played for 100 Tesla shares will go to the Mattereum passport owner via VLRM with some sort of provision. This basically enables your cryptocurrency to earn fiat money.
mind:Passport is not disclosed to the public and only VLRM Trustee knows the name and address of its client.
Another use would be for a new technology company called ‘Newhorizon’ starting in cryptocurrency business is looking to raise capital for its development and operations. Traditional way for this requires raise the shares and exchange these for the fiat money then another exchange will be buy Cryptocurrency for the raised capital. Instead of go this way Newhorizon can issue the shares and publish these as NFT. This will require a broker involvement into the operation however there are no any limitations as the broker can be in any jurisdiction. Newhorizon along with VLRM will provide the Mattereum passport as NFT and the buyer of NFT will have full rights to the company shares.
Remember – Richard recently said that most often questions from brokers was ‘How can we participate in this’? I think Richard has an idea how.

Valereum will offer 24/7 trading. Do some research
Interesting company and I have some questions on how the business concept would work. Does anyone understand how the below would be handled by VLRM? Would like to understand more before deciding if this is worth investing in.
One of the benefits that was explained in the CEO interview was that the platform would enable trading of global shares outside operating hours. A few questions on this...
1) Currently global brokers such as Interactive Brokers offer trading of shares from markets all around the world. They are also launching crypto trading this summer with their platform. Why would someone use the VLRM platform as opposed to a well established broker? Are there any benefits?
2) Why would someone buy the shares of a company through NFTs instead of buying the stock directly on the market? Surely this is an additional layer of risk? If you were to purchase $100,000 worth of Apple shares - would you buy the shares directly on the market of go through this NFT route? Especially if you are buying for long term and intend to collect dividends from the company.
3) Can anyone see China regulators allowing access to their markets with this technology considering they are very strict and have tight controls in place with their financial markets.
4) If they are to facilitate 24 hour trading of global stocks - how would that work? If the market is closed and I want to purchase $100,000 of a company?
