This is on their website homepage - Unfortunately I can't read it as I don't subscribe but looks alright from the summary... http://research.rencap.com/eng/default.asp "December 24, 2010 Russia: Volga Gas - Investment case simplified 15 Pages PDF file 738 KB Investment case is now much simpler. Following a 62% share price correction YtD, the investment case of Volga Gas has became much simpler, in our view. Rather than making calls on exploration prospects at the Karpenskiy block, investors are now left to judge whether Volga Gas can start commercial sales of gas and condensate from the Vostochno-Makarovskoye (VM) field. The current share price implies over 32% upside potential, on our estimates, as long as Volga Gas launches VM into production; and over 110% upside potential if exploration upside is included. In other words, Volga Gas offers a free option on exploration prospects with the downside fairly well protected against, in our view. "
I've just bought in here - equivalent of about £5k shs so not massive (doing s/b). Co. looks well undervalued IMO; existing revenues should be c. £70m market cap already without the other assets. GL to anyone out there!!
looks like 75p is coming..
how wrong can you be
woow thats low price ,next stop 75p
Lol this ones gone too low. From its existing assets and court case win this is worth the SP before the last news. Will it go lower? I guess that will now depend on the next news (yeah obvious!) but that will either be further bad news on GF-1 or news of their other holdings. I think now is the time for some research to be re-done.
Would appreciate thoughts here seems cheap from 6 months ago! Recent bad news on test results has hammered this share price. Took a hit last week then recover to 140p then took a further knock back end of the week.

Just lookin
I better go for another 10 mins
cant leave the house for few mins !! 353 next stop
also cci and dmi will rocket 2moro imo
looking for 20-25% short term !! imo
just gone through
I was deinately wrong then lol! GF-1 being a duster is the share collapsing news we would worry about although their current production should protect the SP between 125-150 IMHO. They have already siad there are hydrocarbens present in their last RNS, so I'm guessing its just the lack of news making investors nervous.
Yes you might be correct. Still like the look of this Company but will wait for an update. Bad RNS could see this fall sharply.
Note the passage of sells the last 2 days - ahead of a bad RNS perhaps?
Not surprised with the constant buys
price 210 - Movement
alittle rise today this could spike
Sea of blue and yet no significant movement up
For VGAS. All buys at 215, price has to move soon. This moring consequetive small buys, this afternoon 23 small / medium buys.
9% rise today only a few small buys, with equally the same sells failing to dent the rise. Quite late we get the £160 k buy ....... something must be afoot.
More buys than sells but SP on a slide waiting for news. Still holding.
The RNS needed re-reading and I am optimistic about the results. Hydrocarbons showing and the main target still to be drilled. Early days yet but good reason to feeel happier.
