Then you will say reduce cash burn 1 million then 0.5 million then need less than 100k spend.
You were saying remove Suzy now you are saying no CEO.
Yet you invest in 4D burning 55 million a year. 1.5 million is nothing.
You have no reason to be here other than to disrupt. When someone listens you twist it and say look what you have done just like with the CEO.
To pay for lab staff, scientists, research is not free. What they need to do is grow the market cap take this to double digits then the spend would be perfectly fine.
His is the person trying to give people advice here after loosing all his money at 4D. Porky take your own advice from one of your own posts and either invest or as you said “FO”

@Sang
You are interpreting the Oxford Finance situation incorrectly
Read the dam Investment Report issued, they clearly confirm capital into Q4 end of. They also state two further tranches from Oxford of 10m and 7.5m respectfully as required, they have an RnD Tax credit of 9m they have additional filings on the NASDAQ where they could raise a further 150m end of the year if they want. They are in NO hurry.
Further, Duncan confirmed he is in talks with Oxford Finance hence terms could change yet and further we discussed we could see a licence deal land in that time, a payment on the vaccines and other potential additions.
Give it up for Gods sake either invest here or FO. Spreading FUD now is ridiculous. Make better use of your time if you are not invested, why sit here trying to de-ramp whilst something could drop that materially moves the SP north or you just miss a golden opportunity.
The SP is on the floor here at 40 pence not 40 quid. strap a pair on and invest if you are so keen to follow and keep posting.
No, because we are undervalued and our spend is low with a low risk strategy and high upside. Unlike 4D burning 55 million you see they will just not get the payments to survive at the time. Try to raise 55 million and even a deal which was miles away would not cover that.
Absolute shambles and your giving us advice.
talking nyct £50 target, valirx £2 target, 4d £1.50 plus, he1 targets out of reach. you cannot even read a financial report and understand it.
you write well but your as dumb as **** that is for sure.
Who the hell is? Porky's wife turned up.
On
You need help…
Your relentless pumping here suggest you are balls deep and you have risked far too much… or you really are deranged
Hope you get the help you need
Last post should have started with PM not On
The focus needs to be on delivery not further instability and wasting time having BOD members sitting around and finding replacements. Changes have been made so we now move on.
Pointless arguing with Porky given his agenda. Waste of time so don't bother responding.
Target should be 15/20p by December with delivery it can be done.
With all due respect PM you're relentless price calls have been consistently wrong.
I don't understand why you constantly defend the company when they have failed to deliver time and time again.
Each to their own.
I look at where we should be and the potential of where we should be based on our assets.
We are where we are because of a lack of support we get trashed by a group of derampers. Delivery is one side but not being invested targeting us is another matter. It takes time and progress is being made you cannot expect a 200 million deal in 1 day. We don't know what is going on with 201 but at least for now it is in play until they say otherwise.
As I said most of the building stage has gone so we should start seeing significant news in the coming months. I'll leave it at that as I don't want to keep responding to people.
PM2020, You say 20p by Christmas but not which Christmas. Can you please clarify this point so Santa and his elves can get to work so when you wake up on that Christmas morning full of excitement and anticipation you won’t be disappointed. 🎅🏻🎅🏻
We're not here because of derampers.
We're here because the company has failed to deliver, whilst burning through cash at a rate of knots.
Oh, and let's not forget how well paid this lot are too. Did the not pay themselves a bonus too?
So you value all our assets at 1 million?
Can you explain why?
The reason everyone here including porky is because they want to make money and they know the compounds valirx hold are valuable. Some more than others want to get in as low as possible so will spend months and months on end trashing the company and trolling chat forums to push prices down to get in cheaper. If they are here on the forum it’s because the either missed getting in at a recent low and are jealous or want to push it down to get in cheaper and that’s that. Nothing else to it. Porky wants in as low as possible because he wants to re coupe losses else where and knows Valirx is already massively undervalued as are most small biotechs at the moment and he knows if he gets in low he will make a fortune. Problem is he can’t decide on how low and is only willing to buy in via a placing and unfortunately now that the company is starting to already cut costs re structure and is still pushing on clx001 and other new compounds he has more than likely missed the lowest entry point so will now just be here everyday trashing the forum like he has day in day out for the past 2 years because he is jealous he missed his opportunity.
Yes, quite simply without deals ( where money is actually exchanged) they're valued at 'The Markets' perceived value.
You could actually argue that they are in fact liabilities until they earn their keep.
If you genuinely believe they're worth 15-20p then buy them up there.
Except you'll need deep pockets as you run into several placings along the way.
That would mean the likes Synarigen with no deal and a phase 2 drug should not have been valued at 200/300 million.
It means other biotechs assuming the likes of AVCT if it does not have a deal should not be valued at 100 million plus.
It would mean all AIM companies without a deal should be valued at zero.
What matters is what stage the compounds it at and the potential even without a deal.
If that was not the case then anyone would buy any compound even at phase 3.
We forget when LOI was signed for 201 Valirx was valued at close to 50 million but it dropped as funding was required.
Keep telling yourself PM
If you are as heavily invested in this as you are promoting the stock on a pretty much full-time basis then I suspect you're seriously underwater.
