Very good point there!
“This business update was sent after Adrian reviewed all the facts. If he wasn't satisfied with the progress of Val 201, he would have advised them to drop it and move on. By providing us with this update on Val 201, there is a very strong probability that a deal will happen very soon. The share price has dropped mainly due to Val 201 and the slow progress. I believe this update addresses these issues. I personally will be buying more in all of my accounts during this dip.“
Oh get real, please...
You will have plenty of opportunity to buy in the discounted placing, who are you kidding....
He cant find a replacement CEO yet
and as for 201 it needs reformulating, needs new patents and work on it, its over 15 years old now and likely superseded and you are still hanging on for that potless wonder THX to deliver - give me strength.
Talk about milking a a diabolical decision.
Just can’t help yourself can you Pigman.
All that matters is the deal and payments. Patents could be the reason for the delay and might be done by the time it is announced. If anything 201 could be better than we know or think if they have done additional work which is likely.
Suzy is still the CEO until it gets passed over. The last RNS was excellent. Work carries on.
Surely if a new evergreened version of 201 exists or is being worked on, we would know about it via an RNS
Good question Ray - has anyone got a knowledgeable answer to this? Please, no ramping or deramping crap.
No Ray, if it is being worked on then there is no RNS until there is something concrete to share. Until the merger is complete l would expect radio silence on any IP until it’s and t’s dotted / crossed.
I would have thought that, if VAL are working on a new version of 201, this should not in any way be classed as confidential information.
Surely it is something that VAL would want to inform shareholders of.
It falls into the same category as "working on the CLX formulation".
If a deal for 201 were in place then it might be a different matter
Cash until H2 2025 with further upside from revenue with 11 contracts waiting to be signed many of which will be in H2 this year.
Deals for 201, 401 and CLX the big one. This could even get to 30p by December if 201 and CLX concluded not to mention evaluation project outcomes.
Comment from Adam below, with CLX being formulated a deal is on the cards this year: He is backing it and I think they have no choice but to for an early deal. It may just bring in 15/20 million upfront with a few hundred million in milestone payments but at a 4 million market cap that would be a 10/20 bagger (inclusive of some milestones prices in) by Christmas even without 201, lab contracts and so much more.
MASSIVE improvement in #VAL RNS output, following a hard lesson in phraseology.
Much, much, better than the last exercise in self-depreciation, in my view.
CLX now in safety assessment, and formulated. Let's get the early package done then partnered.👏 https://londonstockexchange.com/news-article/VAL/business-update/16478764
One of the main reasons the Telegram group wanted a shareholder on the board was to ensure TRx wasn't wasting our time. We needed to validate the Val 201 deal and, if TRx couldn't raise funds or were not making meaningful progress, to drop them and move on. We felt that shareholders were too focused on Val 201 and were not appreciating the progress on other drugs . Kings and Val 401 are doing really well, and the professor mentioned that Kings could be worth many times more than Val 201.
For me, this update is a validation that things are going well. I see no reason not to buy more and keep building my position. When the news comes it will be too late to buy.
Anyway, it feels really good to finally have someone on the board who speaks up for shareholders. I personally feel very relaxed, and I think regular RNS updates will rebuild confidence in this company. So, I'm happy to wait and let this play out.
GLA!
Spot on Ice.
For too long Valirx has been at the mercy of 201 and its progress, or lack of.
Valirx is much more than a one trick pony and the sooner investors stop concentrating so much on 201 and realise that there is a lot going on at Valirx that could well be transformational for the company the better.
Agree but in reality if they dropped 201 the market makers would likely drop it 50% even from these prices the company would no longer exist as raising cash from that market cap would not be possible. Ideally getting a positive update would be good or best attempts must be to conclude in a positive direction.
Still I think it is highly likely 201 should conclude given the time taken progress must have been made.
They just need to start delivering on at least one of the 'tricks' to give the market some confidence.
Here is a point:
The merger with EUDA is subject to TRX finalising the finances. So the merger goes ahead if TRX raises the funds and does not fail due to other reasons. EUDA would have done plenty of DD and found TRX will very likely raise the funds the same goes for Valirx. It is highly likely the deal merger will conclude and 201 will be signed based on DD done by both parties.
VAL201 remains subject to the Letter of Intent ("LoI") with TheoremRx Inc. The Board maintains regular communication with the TheoremRx team to determine whether there is continuing progress to secure the necessary financing, which will enable the proposed merger with EUDA Health and the VAL201 sub-license to complete. The sub-license contains provisions for upfront and early-stage milestone payment and will release the payment for work already conducted under the previously announced service agreement as well as a commitment for future service provision.
You're a very trusting man, PM
DD would have been done by BOD of both companies. Plans to raise would be very credible and it could be a significant amount has been raised already. Nobody is going to waste time if you were not very likely to achieve those goals fairly soon. If serious progress was not made in all this time EUDA would have said FO to TRX.
We can only work on clues based on common sense so to me it suggests success.
