I HOPE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR SAVING. Most useless ceo on the market. Doesn’t even worth A Camel.
Death by 1000 cuts this is painful
Indeed. Charts from 6th November 23 show a pretty depressing story.
Suzy's days are numbered. 5.75p per share. Well done Suze, great work.
At the risk of turning this into a serious debate (!), I'm not sure Suzy is the problem, it's the freeloading inner circle that need culling.
Personally I really like Suzy's lab/evaluation strategy, which I believe will pay off. She's an accomplished scientist and a fantastic ambassador for women's health.
The problem is the arrogance of Cox towards shareholders and the failure of Treharne/Tralau-Stewart to deliver any monetary value.
If Stella and/or Professor Hargreaves get involved to clear out the deadwood, then we'd all have a renewed sense of optimism.
Just playing Devil's Advocate here but you could still argue that she has taken the Market Cap of the business from £2.25m at the restructure in April 21 to now just shy of £ 8 m Market Cap following this placing.
Love or despise Suzy and the way they have possibly manipulated the situation to get the placing away at this level, fact remains they still managed to spin it to secure the money. A job well done.
Will be interested to see what the cap table of declared interested parties looks like. It says on the website updated yesterday 9/1 that Adam holds the exact same number of shares as before. That surprised me. The director positions are now updated. They still show Monecor Ltd as a 3.37% holder yet that business closed years ago and doesn't hold any stock in VAL so not sure why that's still showing, it needs removing from the list but otherwise no new declared positions which is odd when you consider they have just issued third more shares!. No wonder this remains a traders dream. see here:-

Suzy is absolutely the problem (IN MY OPINION). When she got the job in 2020 it was her strategy that put us on the path to where we are now.
If people around her are underperforming it is her responsibility to address that.
It's no coincidence that while the scientific part of the business has benefited immeasurably, the commercials have been nothing short of a disaster.
Fair enough Northern,
So what's your solution?
A complete Board clear out? If so, who will takeover that understands the detail of the pipeline, it's contacts and can progress the business.
Everyone suggests Professor Hargreaves but has he the appetite for it, given his other commitments?
It's cheap talk to criticise Suzy, but not many people seem to post an alternative.
For the record , my preference would be Stella as CEO, with Suzy reverting to CSO.
If HD is correct, we should be hearing about the large shareholder group are thinking before long. Their opinion matters more than mine or anyone else's for that matter.
Suzy is an asset to the company, just not in a CEO capacity.
Stella, I'm not sure what she's brought to the company over the last twelve months. The jury is out for me here.
The rest are deadwood who need to be cut loose. They have tread the raise/spend path so many times now, it has become a narrow valley to them.
I'd like to think Adam and some of the other large holders would know some dynamic people who have both the commercial and biotech experience to transform Valirx (they can't be as rare as rocking horse $hit - one of the things the UK has a relatively good reputation with globally are sciences and financial services); Because transformation is now what is desperately required.
It was mentioned on the public TG a while back about changing the Valirx name. I'd like to see this implemented as the first activity should new blood take control in the next few months.
The straw that broke the camels back for me with this BOD, was the morally repugnant decision to award bonuses from shareholders cash, used to 'keep the lights on'.
Regardless of whether the bonuses were agreed beforehand or not; That action displayed the worst of the worst you are likely to encounter on the AIM.
What KPI's those bonuses were based on is a separate discussion altogether and probably as putrid in equal measures.
SuZy knows full well she’s had a very bad 3 years as ceo .
Turning Adam away after these 3 years ..wow
Giving Cenkos free warrants over 5pct equity ..wow
Having countless placings at 6p to 11p ..wow
Keeping all 5 BOD ..wow
Winning zero contracts =zero lab Rev ..wow
Sticking with Theromx after 3 years ..wow
Letting Theormx off 10k of monthly fees ..wow
Promising 4 evaluations per annum and delivering 1 in 3 years ..wow
Cutting costs and then hugely increasing them ..wow
Presented 16 Uber bullish q and a ..wow
Nov 23 …” so much newsflow imminent “ ..wow
She’s played a blinder ..maybe I’m the only one who thinks this way and have done for over 18 months ..but maybe I’m the idiot ..maybe I just can’t see the attraction .
Promising revenue for 201 301 401 and lab ..Probably less than 6 figures for the lot !!
No change = Disastrous shareholder destruction continues .
I thought her pay roughly doubled when she became CEO? Some might say she’s had a very GOOD 3 years as ceo l if she has received close on £250k extra over the last 3 years...
Nicely put viera, wow... just wow. :)
WHY DOES SLATER CARE WHEN HE SOLD MUCH HIGHER>>>>>
MAYBE SLATER WISHES TO LOAD UP HERE OR LOWER>>>>>>
Stella as Ceo ????🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️Seriously what Valrix share holders got to put up now if she to become CEO madness.
Suzy must go
Kevin must go
Stella must go.
Valrix won’t make future if those 3 idiots doesn’t leave this company as soon as possible. My position was from strong buy to strong sell now why ? Just because 3 idiots above who fked up this company in 3 years. A child almost reads and writes in 3 years from the date she or he was born. But Suzy who is the most responsible for this mess could not make Trmx to pay Valrix all those years. Her message on Twitter it is just a childish anymore.
I remember on one of her Q&A she was saying something about successful ceo which was talking about her self. Seriously Suzy ?? Do you know what does a word successful means??? We might have to pay for internship and send her to some other companies who actually you can call a successful CEO to teach you how the become a successful CEO .
She must go. She is not fit for us and not for Valrix Plc .
All she will be doing and still doing , read the posts on here and there and email back to people. That is what she does trust me I know.
My message to all share holders at Valrix , I hope we all have taken very good lesson and have stopped eating each other on this board. We need urgent solutions not problem as we got too many to deal with. Some how we have to find a solution and get this company moving forward. We have got too many suffering share holders and this can not go any longer.
👍
Yet you have already admitted you bought in on the placing Nick, so what's your angle this time? Normally you buy in they ramp the hell out of it? or do you have a 'new plan'?
It would take you and Adam to force the issue Nick. Do you have a view on who you would install?
NEW PLAN = SLATER THEORY OF RELATIVITY>>>>>>>>>>>>>.
BUY BELOW PLACING PRICE AND ACCUMULATE>.........
Whilst I'm at risk of being the odd man out (and potentially completely wrong in terms of conclusion here), it's worth noting that there has still been no update from EUDA to the NYSE, which surely has to be a good sign. As with the UK stock market, there's a requirement for any material news to be provided to the US market ASAP where it could have a material impact on price. No news is... annoying but potentially good. If we get a positive announcement from EUDA, I can imagine us shooting up to 20p+ per share very rapidly (whether sustainable or not).
@jimbogains
Not a chance, IF THX merge with EUDA there wont be any cash included, just a further promise to raise, the LOI wont get executed and if it did it would be on revised terms from the new entity likely with no cash upfront.
As for the share price, i would agree a good pump and dump is due shortly but with practically a third of the stock in at 6p and so many fingers on the sell button any uplift is going to be sold into PDQ frankly.
Best advice, when the P&D starts don't get greedy take what you can and leave someone else to hold the baby because until this board is removed this nonsense will just continue.
Fair enough porky, although I struggle to see what EUDA gets out of this if TRx aren’t bringing investment cash to the table. My positive mental attitude is still winning through anyway
Got a feeling it's going to be a productive day today! Good luck all involved.
Why's that then?
If you know, you know.
I don't; do tell
