Well bit surprise the results have been delayed for so long and with the AGM not that far away, bit concerned this could be heading for another share suspension. Am I right in thinking if they are not produce before the end of January as like last year the share are suspended. Although I still think the company will be ok, the fact who ever is doing the auditing needs to pull there finger out.
As regards to the AGM, do you need a invite or can you just turn up. I trade though iii investment, which maybe why I've not received a letter.
When is the deadline? Thanks in advance
After putting this in the last trading update,
"The significant adverse impact on the business during the second half of FY18, as a result of the delay in announcement of the Group's results for the year ended 31 July 2017 ("FY17") and temporary suspension of the Company's shares from trading. The operational and commercial impact was greater and more far-reaching than the Board had expected and, as a result:"
Surely they cant miss the deadline again.
See if it can get back to 9p again
It would not be a good sign if the banks were getting nervous. If that were the case, they would be nervous because UTW were unable to persuade them otherwise. Hopefully , that’s not the case.
Perhaps the banks are getting nervous and want to cut back the company’s overdraft facility. If so, a rights issue makes sense imho... not too sure a new investor would put in millions of pounds. That said I think I would roll the dice a participate in a rights issue. Let’s see what February brings lol...gla
You would have to be bonkers to invest in any rights issue if it ever came to that. If they have not got it right now, they never will All you would be doing, is paying for a over inflated salary for a Boss who to date has appeared to do nothing well.
I suppose if UTW cannot talk about the results till until the stock markets has been informed, and if they are not been released by AGM on the 31st. By holding the AGM when expected it a way of informing share holder and the stock market what going on with given to many details away, and try to reassure everybody things are ok. Although rights issue would not be reassuring, as it would indicate they need more cash. But at the right price might be tempted. Done quite nicely with the one I brought for 5p.<br /> Mostly likely be there few beers after why not.
Nocashqxl - you’ve got better eyes than me...no meaningful announcements in months, nothing issued in December. Still think this warrants an announcement but then again what do I know..... plenty of resolutions though.... I’m up for a rights issue... at the right price lol
Was the AGM not already dated for the 31st. Thought I seen it on the financial calendar in early December. Still time for the results to announced before then. But if not then suspension would be on the cards. From what I heard the accounts have been done but not signed off by the new auditors. Did the letter say not included, discussion about accounts and the auditing. Because most investor would want to know and be expected to talk about the accounts and if this is likely to happen again. Where is it been held and what time.
Just arrived in today’s post... AGM to be held at 10 am on the 31st January. Approval of Accounts and approval of auditors not not included. An EGM to be held after the AGM. So , suspension on its way !!
Not too sure why this has not been included in a RNS... suggestions...
It almost beggars belief that a company could be so late with results on such a regular basis. All well and good blaming auditors etc, but the ongoing silence from management is quite pathetic. Two of the last three of Flattery’s tweets are titled “ mistakes that entrepreneurs make “, and “ obstacles to watch for in a start up business”. Hardly inspirational is it ?
Continue.

Wagging tail .
But , still the RNS awaits.

Just need people to look at the potential which has been created by the seller
The shares in YU have gone up recently due to the low market cap, UTW is now a great opportunity to do the same. They have more business customers than YU and make more money from them. I know YU is a supplier and UTW is a broker but they both target the same market. Brokers are still being paid fees upfront 80% with 20% after the contract ends, so the cashflow should be ok.
Those were the days. My friend .

Well just look at YU. UTW could well do the same. I will never kick someone who takes a profit. Well done and HNY to all
Agreed .
Profit is king new2trade .
Time to buy will be pleased .

My last £3800 odd came up as a buy but it's actually my sell , I still think this is a great recovery share but when your limited on funds and there's other exciting projects going off
One assumes UTW is undervalued at present . Revenue & most Importnatly cash in hand should be at least If no above today`s quoted share price level .
Of course , Our next RNS is a critical one .

Good luck on the recovery , I sold my last Lott today , having made over 4k in the last month on this it's best not to be greedy , so I've decided to de risk completely, I might miss out but it's not about that , I put more into ujo as they are going to get very exciting in the next couple of weeks. good luck all
Don’t give up I for one understand where your coming from, my personal view is any real recovery could take up to 3 years if indeed they get there. Your knowledge of the industry is evident.
My last post!!!!
Let's see if the attention span can manage more than 2 sentences......
Firstly, can't believe I'm getting into this but...."bensherb" my 2nd and 3rd post from a year ago are copied and pasted from a discussion on ADVFN ref this share from November 2016. My advice was to avoid the share.
There was an individual who goes by the username "bennywin" on that forum who in my opinion cost a lot of people, a lot of money.
On this forum there are a few who have done the same. Next time you see "spenda" pop up with a comment check his history, another champion of this share and has been buying in (apparently) at different points throughout its demise insisting it had bottomed out at 80p, 50p etc.
In fact my post on here a year ago today was in response to a thread entitled "49p Bargain". Again I advised against purchasing the share as I believed there was further to fall.
My posts contained clear reasoning for my position on this share and my motivation for being on here.
Despite this I still get 'called out' by those such as 'nocashqxl' who simply can not be arsed to read posts. At the same time they offer unintelligible idiotic, basic responses without having any understanding of the industry.
I have now shared all I can on this share over a sustained period. I have often repeated myself repeatedly, often repeating, myself ;) to try and get the point across to those who have not wanted to listen regardless of the rationale, insight and logic.
I have been met with suspicion and often hostility over the 3 years, however I could have saved a lot of people a lot of cash and hopefully I have made a few people think twice over this period.
As stated I have provided a comprehensive, detailed analysis over why and how the share was over inflated, why it had a long way to fall, as well as the future issues facing the business.
This is a simple business yet complex in the nature of revenue recognition. It is a relatively unique industry in the elongated journey time from "sale" to "revenue".
I believe this to be still fundamentally misunderstood by most investors who do not understand the complex cash flow situation now faced by the business.
Some advice....look at the history of posters before taking their guidance.
...before posting consider if your post is required or relevant. Is posting 6 words such as "it's going to be 10p soon" going to help anyone? Most people only read the last few posts so your nonsense just means intelligible posts offering insight get 'lost in the noise'.
Anyway I'm done. If you want the info read my posts, if not then don't. I hope it works out for you all.
Bensherb - Read the 3rd post then genius. I will happily forward screenshots from 3 years ago. I believe my 3rd post on here, which as you correctly stare is 1 year old, refers to the posts of 18 months prior to said post.
To nocashqxl - if you want to know, read my posts. I'm not repeating myself. I have literally not only answered the questions asked but also shown my opinion on this share and what it is based upon.
