I agree, the shareholders ARE the company. If ALL shareholders us there vote with this in mind we can win.
My view is that Bell is out of this and we should all vote NO to the proposals. If the company need more money then current shareholders should be able in the short / medium term be able as a group raise the necessary funding to keep the company going. That said we ALL need to know and understand the complete picture. It's an excellent opportunity to get this information at the AGM. If we as shareholders feel the company is still viable and potentially profitable then we can look at options to raise money at level terms amoungst existing shareholders. Thoughts?
Surely under the circumstances the Stock Exchange must have some sort of power to suspend the BOD. If the information that the police have is correct PB will be just another finaciel gangster that has tripped over his own lies. We need time, we need help, is there anyone out there who knows Stock Exchange rules and regulations?
In the mean time the bod remain on full pay while we sit on hands....
Not read this before. Meanwhile, 666BET and Metro Play are distancing themselves from Bell by denying the companies were anyway involved in what they are calling Bell's "other business interests." http://www.pokernews.com/news/2015/03/666bet-director-paul-bell-arrested-in-a-21-million-fraud-inv-21119.htm
Agree with that ,hope it will happen but there things take forever ....I think u have to be very brave to put more money in ....
I phoned Ccapita, they said they had been told to carry on with the share consolidation and share offer. Surely PB can not us his shares to vote. Surely ULT should be frozen in its present form pending completion of police, and Stock Exchange, investigations. And that's a long, long time, grey beards and walking stick time.
limbolimbo, they will investigate, but will NOT inform investors until its complete, that will take considerable time, don't write them off, to the best of my knowledge the company is under investigation, I believe numerous investors have complained, plus the VAT/TAX are looking into any possible fraud as reported in the press, when PB was arrested. No more investors can do, waiting game, buy shares vote yes/no, if we are brave enough....?
I made a complaint to the LSE regulator back in October - they acknowledged receipt but I've heard nothing since. This is not a regulated market in any sense of the word.
well done to you the more the better maybe someone will listen...agree on the vote rigging he will stop at nothing
Have contacted Stock Exchange and my broker doing the same. Ultrasis and its acquisitions all need investigation. What's going on with the Screenetics people????? They are probably in Bell's pocket. The vote will be rigged.
I'vjust realised that there was no voting paper in the circular I reciec . Any body else?
The regulator will be investigating the company and the possible reason for 2014 RNS's being removed from the website, unless its the vat/tax investigation, imo little can be done, at this point.
gentlemen we all agree...now how do we proceed ?has anyone done anything? are we all waiting for the LSE to investigate ?do we know of anyone who has informed them ?...we all know what is going on but if we just sit and blog nothing will stop bell winning ,I am 100%sure we will not get 50% of the vote ...god help us all. just a idea does anyone have contacts in the papers
Woolworth you are spot on. The entire business and its trading/dealings are flawed and designed to benefit Bell and his monkey brigade. They will be thoroughly investigated and God willing charged. Smith is responsible for fiddling the web site. Imagine what they know that we don't know? Where are Screenetics in this mess?
Worth consideration imo. http://www.mw-w.com/meldex-losses-total-p74m-as-administrators-go-in.html
CanaryWharf, sure the aim regulator will be looking at the company from2014 when problems begun with Bells NON RETRACTED delist threat, causing market panic and share price collapse, followed by funding uncertainty which rendered the share price to junk status. 2014 RNS statements have been removed from ultrasis site.
£8 million deal was over a number of years and we need to ask....have they been delivering the service? Where is the money coming from and going to???? I detect much internal unrest and habitual lies as every day business. The BOD and their flunkies are only after what benefits their pockets. Stuff the shareholders. Bring in the investigators. Sack the BOD and prosecute.
a poster on ADVFN ULT thread is from the IOM called MANXGOLFER he has a very large holding in ULT
You are so correct. Smith is Bell's monkey and Bell is the organ grinder. Smith and the BOD dance to Bell's tune. The stench of Billingsgate Market is throughout Ultrasis. Don't think Screenetics is clean either. They are all grasping bastards. Unfortunately Ultrasis is small fry in Bell's dealings. The entire company needs investigating and purging.
if any of you can phone the stock exchange on 02077971000 this am as I have done you will be given the run around but maybe things might happen,i gave all details from 4 march 2014 when co won 8 mil contract till now...good luck last hope to stop everyone being ripped off remember all monies collected are to firstly repay bell
Your statement is what I am angling for, surely the company should be completely frozen, until the police discover where PBs money came from, that he used to finance ULT with.
canarywharf you seem to be on the ball.....smith and bell I believe are in this together, just check back a bit when bell said he was going to delist 25% of the shares changed hands now what a surprise bell has undertakings from 25% of shareholders see offer paperwork...bet they live in iom....the whole thing stinks and bells arrest should have made the lse wake up it seems they are not doing their job !!!!!...the only chance we have is they stop the meeting investigate and new directors installed ....someone here must have a contact in lse
So where was Smith getting the money to invest? Dirty money through Bell? We have been done over by dishonesty and lies. Hope they are all charged and prosecuted.
When are we going to wake up and realise we have been done over by Ultrasis. The shares are worthless and the Board are silent. Guess they are as culpable as Bell. All investors have done their money and the company is busted. Why is Smith silent?
