If management is working on a positive surprise, then the percentage upside could be substantial.
Trish. Sanderson pulling his finger out of his ar5e would be a start.
We all know the history with this stock, but we could all be surprised if Sanderson pulls something out from nowhere! ;)
I don't know why anyone even bothers to post on here anymore. What is there to talk about?
A miracle?
They seem have put themselves in the position of not being masters of the company's destiny - with not even the spare cash to convert HH-2z, assuming it has ever been anything but a plan to keep the punters strung along.
So they have to wait and hope that something 'comes up' that creates a rise in the SP even if it's only temporary when the punters realise that news/plans and subsequent activity are months apart.
Plenty possible, though these have been expected soon for a while, the Loxley farm out expected 'soon' since 2022.
Supreme Court judgement which will expose whether the PPP HH farm in will happen, starting with 3D, some arrangement for Portland Port, Loxley farm in, something in Turkey.
“but what?”
Administration?
We are waiting for the date of the AGM to be announced.
On their side, management, too, appear to be waiting for something to happen ... but what?
Under George Lucan, it looked as if Angus might be interested by Loxley: he described it as an "attractive asset".
Under Richard Herbert, that is no longer the case. RH has said Angus's growth strategy should play to its strengths, the management of mature fields.
Re Angus, there has been no mention of any action for ages. Some of those involved can probably still be found on the bulletin board of lse's principal rival.
Extra, there are two things that need to happen, one is a complaint to the fca and the second is a claim against the ceo . I am aware that about 2 years ago a bunch of Angus shareholders were named in a case and were being taken through the coursts by a group of shareholders. I am unaware of how/if that case is now resolved. Investors here who believe they have irrefutable hard evidence of misrepresentation [ rns staements etc] probably need to get together and find themselves a no win no fee lawyer. GLA.
Btw will the company get a mention in parliament when the assisted dying bill is debated?
The "Tree shake" seems to have brought a massive windfall to management over the last few years.
I seem to recall some years back when an official geological survey was carried out on the weald they reported far less recoverable oil than latter day commercial investigations reported possible Long time ago but I think an estimate of 40 million barrels figured somewhere in the report . That was in the nearby Balcome area
Are Sanderson and Ukog liable for miss selling, regarding his stating 50 to 100 billion barrels of oil with 5 to 15 % recoverable at HH , his actual words , if this goes to the wall which it looks like I’ve lost 7k , now I invested on Sandersons words , now if it can be proven that wherever he obtained the facts for his statement are not true then I want my money back from Ukog or Sanderson , you would not get away with this in any other industry so why should they or him .
Insidious you have some balls showing your face you total ramper.
Ocelots best mate is back God help us.
Ehhhhhhhhhhh tree shake !!
More like total deforestation !!!!!!! mind you, they need to deforest to pulp it up for the next confetti factory run !!
Deltavegatheta - wow you can copy and paste..

"Murray Auchincloss could be looking at buying the HH asset from UKOG..."
It's almost as if you are making stuff up
Positive RNS looming……
SS marked by this forever ? The guy has 15-20 years left on this planet , do you really think he cares ? He managed to scam 1000s of boomers out of £millions over the course of the last few years. He probably goes to bed thinking " I can't believe I managed to keep this sham company going for so long " :)
'Any company can apply to NSTA when UKOG's PEDLs lapse due to insolvency.'
If the liceenses lapse that's it - there would need to be an Onshore Licensing Round for anyone to re-licence the areas- and there hasn't been one for a while - I suspect that the NSTA would be happy for all the onshore licenses to lapse.
But UKOG (or the receiver) can sell the licenses, or the companies, or UKOG's shares in those companies that hold them to a company that has, or can get, approval from NSTA.
PEDL 234 (BB & Loxley) is licensed by UKOG (234) Ltd, PEDL 137/246 (HH) UKOG Has shareholding in HHDL the licensee andUKOG isn't the operator of Avington or Horndean.
Will UKOG go to the expense of challenging the BB retention refusal - the alternative may be a more expensive restoration of the site.
But I'm sure when there's a sniff of supposed good news the ambulance chasers will arrive hoping to sell the idea the patient is alive , well and has years to live and ignore any diagnosis that the prognosis is not good.
When will this dog be put out of its misery? One of the most epic failiures on AIM! Sanderson will be marked by this forever, so i expect he will continue to milk the company dry until its last dying breath, and extract every last penny possible.
Dont let them have a penny more. Once trading volume dries up, this company is dead and YA & co are stuck. The largest buy today was a couple hundred quid so its nearly over.
Every share buy allows sanderson to continue to claim a salary. Put and end now and dont buy a single penny more into this filthy dog
Don't forget some of the risk taken on by RiverFort/YA was quite possibly reflected upfront in their convertible loan fees of £502k.
.
This company suggested that it believes it is a going concern based on it past experience of raising funds?
There you have it. It is based on past experience. Lets hope past experience does not guarantee future prospects. Yes YA must convert but it will leave so few shares left. Will it need more authority to issues more shares? It is time guys to refuse and take no more. Let it die. RIP
AT what rate the next conversion by YA? 0.02 is my guess. or is it 0.01?
At it will raise so little money...
