Can somebody tell me what ukog assets are?
Given the books show net assets of £34.678m at 31/03/23, I suspect your may have double-counted some figures in arriving at "OVER 110 MILLION".
Largely empty in terms of market cap, agreed: £2.44m.
But, in terms of the books at 31/03/23 (the last available accounts), net assets amounted to £34.678m.
Ocelot, if you go back to the beginning and add up EVERY raise, bit of profit now squandered, loans or other, it is OVER £110 MILLION, and the pot is now empty apart from crumbs !!
I was trying to understand where your figure of £110m comes from, Bubblepoint.
Ocelot, with respect, you are trying to polish a tvrd !!! they have squandered virtually ALL of everything raised and any past profits, there is NOTHING in the pot !! and the asset is more a liability now, and that is fact !!!
Where does the £107.6m come from, Bubblepoint?
Was there at one stage accumulated profits of about £16.5m?
OK, so they squandered £107.6 MILLION of over £110 MILLION that has passed through their slimy hands, IF you want to nit pick !!!
That is roughly 98% down the TOILET !!
Accumulated losses at 31/03/23: £91.039m.
£91.039m is not £110m.
32.54bn x 0.0075p = £2.44m.
£2.44m is not "under £2m".
"""Id say to any new buyer, Ignor the XR Activist on here. This well over sold.""
Adrian likes to throw hard earned money down the toilet, DON'T be an ADRIAN, This stock should carry it's own health ^ wealth destruction warning !!!
£110 million squandered by this outfit, market cap under £2m, because they fail at everything they touch !!
'Call me silly call me stupid'
Adrian, I have more manners than that.
He's an idiot and has only 'fooled' SOME other idiots if you credit them with being 'fooled', rather than posting contrary opinions just to get a reaction.
When is Lenisgas going to ride in to the rescue with the millions of $$$$$ he is [supposedly] making in Texas?
Ukog negitives
1 They are a crooked company
2 The Ceo tells lies
3 They are tied down to death spiral finance
4 The Ceo stopped buying shares in his own company
5 There has been no actual take up or commitment’s to any farm ins, just fairytales
6 They have already spent a hundred million pounds to retrieve fifty bopd
7 Whilst decimating the sp and issuing billions of confetti worthless shares
8 The water injection at HH has been a long standing fairytale
9 They can’t find a bucket full of oil in the Turkey disaster
10 The worst scenario of all, CONSOLIDATION shows desperation and gives SS the chance to do it all again, he will consolidate and then continue to dilute, rinse and repeat whilst getting handsomely paid…
And I could continue…
As the sp and market cap shows the future looks BLEAK.
Cuttingoutfat,
There is a lot of difference between UKOG announcing something and things actually happening.
If everything they announced came to pass UKOG would be FTSE100 company by now, instead they are down more than 99%
Let's first see if the GM provides management with the necessary 75% in favour of the 2 special resolutions.
There is then the remaining balance of approx £660k due to RiverFort/YA (RNS of 23/01/24) to be sorted.
""Still got possibilities if things go as planned there is life in this old as they say ???""
Well you will be correct in one sense, highly possible they will be running the confetti factory at max capacity, and that it will guarantee nowt in anything for retail punters, other than keeping the grand master in the lifestyle he is accustomed too.....Ohhhh after consolidation to mask the disaster of his past to newbie lol
Still got possibilities if things go as planned there is life in this old as they say ???
You have to hand it to him SS is a very clever man, contrary to Abraham Lincoln's Quote
"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time." He seems to have done as good a job as any.
Well the whole thing in share dealing is optimists and pessimists .I have always teased Ocelot in here but he has never been nasty back . We have to have optimists too !
I missed Adrian already?
Oh dear.
How sad.
Never mind.
With regards to Ocelot, I usually disagree with his boundless optimism.
However, unlike the other members of the ramptastic crew, he doesn't resort to personal insults and for that at least he is to be commended.
With regards to SS and the others on the BoD, instead of taking a pay cut which would be mostly meaningless at this stage, I think they should all offer to forgo their salaries in exchange for the equivalent in UKOG shares.
At least that might focus their minds more on aligning their outlook with those of the PI's, many of us who have seen the value of their holding drop by 99+%.
FOTH gone already? It’s a pity he wouldn’t take top ramper ocelot with him…
I can't belive this many years on, people are still trying to ramp UKOG.
Lololol.
See you again soon Adey-Baby.
