The board of Union Jack made an excellent decision teaming up with Reach and starting a drilling campaign in the US. It's OK for the couple of non-shareholders to keep berating every Rns and every move they make but most of the other AIM companies in this sector are sitting still, planning fund raises to keep the lights on and have no assets worth talking about. Not only has this management steered Union Jack to profitability, no debt and a healthy revenue stream, it is using that profit to invest in what appears to be the run up to a multi-well operation in the US. I know the naresayer's keep on bashing DB but I feel pretty sure without him at the helm we would be still placing to fund dead end assets. Moan about the divi, but what other AIM oilers are paying one or indeed ever likely to? I seem to remember certain people proclaiming their excitement at such a thing and now they are complaining it's not enough. For me it is quite clear, drill more wells in Oklahoma, buy more mineral royalties and when the company is in a place of health and wealth, THEN pay a regular penny or more.
8p to match last year's share price at the AGM....
I guess it depends how much money from the oil Union Jack are earning but I would hardly call 76 BOPD a 'major' success. Yes a success an you will need quite a few wells more.
Best get cosy to 50p CT cause I cant see it any time soon...not unless Newton news gets thrown in the mix.
As for the dividend anything under 0.60p is another insult when the board bank their £500k salaries.
Someone with a smaller holding wants to be able to at least buy a round of drinks with it.
I know you dont care Chrsitina but my family certainly do.
Anything over .02 will be money waster imo, when it could be spent on another well.
CT5
If DB had not bought 6.5 million shares for treasury that would have paid for 2 or 3 wells.
A fool and his, sorry shareholders 💰 🤑 💸 💲
I have no interest in what you have to day tbh Pboo. Buy some shares and I may.
She is daft as a ruddy brush wanting 0.20
How quick does she think David will drill wells versus his money he is holding with little action in UK

Is she thick or something when the board earn £500k/year an share price still down on last year's price at AGM ?! 😂🙈
0.2 is an absolute insult
I want higher than 0.6
