This dividend is further proof, if any was needed, that #UJO is in a very strong position and can maintain its capital distribution to shareholders policy. With good cash flow from #Wressle, now already added to by the #USA revenue, shareholders should be happy #UJOGF @mgrahamwood https://twitter.com/Share_Talk/status/1790639547274895651

Super video SuePud1, love the musical accompaniment too 😀. How anyone can fail.to see the future here over the coming months amazes me. So much to look forward to. 2024 will be news flow rich.
The Board declares an interim dividend of 0.3 pence per ordinary share with a London Stock Exchange ex-dividend date of Thursday 6 July 2023, a record date of Friday 7 July 2023 and payment date of 28 July 2023.
The Board declares a dividend of 0.25 pence per ordinary share with a London Stock Exchange ex-dividend date of Thursday 4 July 2024, a record date of Friday 5 July 2024 and a payment date of Friday 26 July 2024.
So Malcy is wetting his pants, as the paid blogger, that we have been awarded a lower dividend after one year from the last one.
Notably the last buy back was on the actual AGM day in 2023 for 32.25p an we have not had one since though the price dropped to 14p at it's lowest ?!!
No doubt the company representative will be with us shortly, ChristineTaylor.
With plenty of exposure to the #Wressle area, #WestNewton yet to come and more drilling in the #USA @UnionJackOilplc
has a great deal to be excited about and given the upcoming activity in its portfolio, the upside in terms of capital and income growth should provide significant backing for share price growth @mgrahamwood https://twitter.com/Share_Talk/status/1790724248882790906
CT5 - dont be so amazed! i shall refer you back to the year 2020, when sentiment around the WN project, Biscathorpe and others led people and professional from various circles that we would "easily" hit share prices approaching £1. Low end estimates of 60p where seen as definite. Time frames where 12 months "max".
Here we are, 4 years on, the Share price cant break 30p. WN hasn't been delivered, Biscathorpe hasn't been delivered. Shareholder return has been basically zero.
And yes, i get it, i think the board, are building great things, Wressle is looking fantastic with further upside, we have planning on BIsc, we have our little trip over the pond bearing fruit.
But the cold hard fact is. If you are a shareholder, you have no return. So it amazes me, that you are amazed that the promise of jam tomorrow - doesnt quite fill the confidence bucket of a lot of people.
I am going to hang about, because i think great things are being done - but i consider my money lost - until, i see the cash clear my account. Lets hope the board can convince, with their activities some further SP enhancing investment
I commend your post.
Jabez, in terms of shareholder return and what can only be described as an abysmal share price performance over the past few years, I can but only agree on that. Where I am coming from however is really based on the past 6 months. Positive RNS after positive RNS. Any other sector and this would have trebled in value but the oil sector has been totally trashed in the UK by our own government. The energy profits levy, makes you wonder how Union Jack can make much profit when 75% of it is being whisked away. The planning, it takes years to get approved and then it is immediately challenged by activists before it can be actioned. Even if the operation commences, activists then arrive to delay and disrupt. I fully believe David has had a ti'ts full of that and the operators who are also guilty of slow mobilisation. What excites me and encourages me is the move into the United States. With none of the above to obstruct operations, I feel confident we will see revenues override the UK income, we will be involved with new drilling, the thrill of the unknown, major discoveries, minor discoveries, everything an oil company shareholder wants in their investment. I have no 'this will be a pound' chants in my posts, I have no 'David is the bestest ever ceo' etc, all I have is a confidence in him to deliver during 2024 and that share price to be double or treble its present level. If it is more, fantastic, if it is still at 23p by Xmas I would be so surprised I would cancel my turkey 😂
Best I keep my gob shut on part of that post.
Always a first for everything Heid x
Cant see the buys flying in yet.
Volume dead.
Shore Capital failed to bring in the punters an I guess we now have to wait for the other side of the pond to convince any big buyers too.
Christine,
Are you ok ? Silence is concerning...
Yes thank you Heidi dear, when you say something worthy of my response you will hear from me. Until then........😴
Hahah! Ok, well let reconvene in October, 6 months time and see what the lie of the land is!
Totally agree about the UK btw. Absolute! Anti Business! Shambles!
I think you have selective hearing Christine.
I guess that is like selective blogging or PR.
Least I say it as it is.
Yes, you do Heid, incessantly, repetitively and monotonously. But keep it up, everyone loves to have their investment hammered a dozen times a day by someone who doesn't own a single share.
